excellent experience with Cade. I had an injury to my old ear piercing. I tried going to a mall place and then made it worse. I had to have a surgeon stitch my ear lobe. after it healed i went (under my doctors recommendation) to a real piecing parlor. Cade understood exactly what happened. he was able to pierce the effected ear and make it look like it identically matched the other. He is very nice. the place is very clean. the rap music was....LOL! I would recommend it to everyone especially if you are taking a little girl as it is painless! The piercer Cade was great. It was very relaxed and quiet which was how I like things as well. The jewelry though fell out within 48 hours and I lost one of two piercings. The other piece of jewelry also fell apart but I was able to save it as I had another piece that would fit in its place. I would have liked to be able to pick the jewelry for my piercings and it have been a little better quality for them being the piercing pieces. All in all though I really liked the piercer. read more

I got a simple tattoo a year ago that took 10 minutes. it turned out to be a " blowout" on my wrist. The artist and owner knew it immediately that his needle went too deep. Now it looks like a permanent black and blue. Fast forward one year and I go back to see what can be done to fix it, perhaps something like an overlay. The associate came, took a picture on his phone, walked 10 feet to where the artist and owner sat (no one in his chair at the time) and showed him the picture from his phone. The artist and owner never even gave me the courtesy of looking at it himself, and he had a visual of me standing there. He totally blew me off and said to come back 8 hours later. Poor quality and definitely worse customer service. I don't recommend this place. read more

I went to this establishment because I needed a new nose ring. I went to a tattoo parlor looking for one but they didn't sell them, so they recommended I check out Cherry Hill. Even though there were many patrons waiting for their tattoo artist, they were able to see me right away. The staff was helpful and knew what they were talking about regarding my piercing. I also heard them speaking to other guests and they were very honest with the clients when they asked questions. The waiting area is pretty small, but there is limited seating. read more

I have brought them 2 different drawings and the explained to me why they couldn't be done. The first time I went they said the art I brought had too much negative space to be a good tattoo. I went home and literally traced it with a piece of paper over the art work and it was exactly what I wanted! I just brought another art piece to them which is a tattoo drawing but I wanted to remove letters from the piece an use a different name. Without even asking me the letters I wanted to use he told me he would have to change the banner(which is what makes the drawing cool) and redo it completely. I just got home and did the same exact thing I out a piece of paper over the image, I did not trace the letters I wanted removed and I put in the name I wanted which fit just fine! TRUST THE BAD REVIEWS!!! The worst experience I've ever had at an establishment and it took less than two minutes for me to walk out. I've been to so many shops and I'm covered in tattoos head to toe yet this is the one out of all of them that I would never recommend. Walking in they didn't even say hello or anything welcoming. They just said "ID" and the tattoo artist just said "where do you want the tattoo " with no greeting again. They said ahead of time that they don't do behind the ear tattoos, and when asked why in person Nick the artist said in a very rude manner "it's going to heal like shit" a.k.a. they don't know how to tattoo there properly. I've seen a million tattoos in that placement that look flawless and still do post healing and years of having it. Being rude and cold plus having lack of experience really isn't a good look for this little shop. Learn how to speak to people and you might get better reviews on actual tattoos not just for your piercing guy. Doing PERMANENT work on people means you shouldn't be an asshole when asking for specific things and maybe talk with respect especially if you're sit down fee is $125 for one little letter. I got a belly piercing there because i know some of my friends that recommended this place and I was already scared since it was my first piercing the piercer did not make me feel welcomed or less nervous he just told me not to move and pierced it and didn't even tell me how to clean or anything I had to ask my friends that already had it he just told me to wait for him in the front and said it was $65 I went back a week later because the belly piercing was sinking into my skin and he said that they ran out of longer bars for belly piercings and that the only thing he could do is take it out and clean it for me I felt like it was a complete waste of money. read more

my boyfriend and I went to get tattoos on our vacation recently and the experience was not the best. My boyfriend, who is heavily tatted in very detailed fine lined tats, wanted a simple two word tattoo. I wanted a butterfly on the back of my arm. When I presented the artist with the photo of the butterfly I wanted, he immediately drew up a completely different tattoo. it was double the size and when asked for a smaller one he said it would bleed together, as if fine line tattoos aren't a thing. I felt like I had to accept the second draw up because he seemed annoyed that I asked for a redraw. I'll add the photo of what I got vs what I asked for but the most disappointing part was that it was $350! Outrageous for this surface area and level of detail especially because it is not even what I wanted. Again, we are not new to the tattoo world and when I was dismissed about the size and detail of what I wanted I should have walked. Im not unhappy with the tattoo, I have grown to like it but it was not what I wanted and for $350 I believe I should have been listened to a bit more. read more

Amazing tattoo shop! I've had 7 tattoos done here all by Chris and will not go anywhere else. One of the last tattoos I had was 6 hours and when he was done I felt like it was 1 hour. They are very personable and make the experience enjoyable. From the moment I walked in the door (as a walk in, nonetheless) until the time I walked out, and then later that evening through email, Caid was an ultimate professional. I've had many piercings over the years, and he was honestly the only one who took his time to explain everything and answer my questions without making me feel like an idiot. The shop is clean, and follows proper procedures for disinfection. The piercing was quick and painless. Aftercare instructions were thorough. Later that evening, I had a question about the piercing and emailed Caid. He answered in a reasonable amount of time, and again, explained everything thoroughly. I went in to get my design looked at and when i walked in it was vacant. a guy finally came through the back didnt say anything just stared at me, i wasnt even sure he worked there. when i asked him if i could get an appointment and if they could draw it up he told me "Alex would be the one doing it and i dont know what times he works or when he will even be in here, just keep stopping by until you find him and then you can make an appointment with him" that was completely unprofessional and i will be not going there to get my tattoo! read more

Had a great experience today at Cherry Hill. My design was drawn on a picture of my arm and we were able to make minor adjustments. It turned out better than I imagined. This shop is a professional tattoo art studio and care about the work they do. Tattoos are permanent so you need to know exactly what you want, and where you want it. Don't expect these guys to decide what to put on your body. They will give expert advice on what works and what doesn't, but in the end it's your body. I will be going back for more work. Very disappointed with this business. My daughter has gotten two tattoo's from here and went to get a third . One her third visit she decided not to do the tattoo because she didn't feel comfortable with it. They said she took up their time and charged her $75.00 for no tattoo. I do not feel that this is the way to treat a client that was a loyal one. To bad for them because she has a lot of friends that get tattoo's . Will not be here! read more
