I told the representative that either I receive a discount or I would have to go with another company. The representative said "I think it's best that you go with another company because we already gave you a discount". I recently had JPR come and remove a tree from my yard. They got the job done but my yard is full of large dings, and they left a huge pile of the mulch from grinding the stump. They also ran over my neighbor's mailbox and destroyed it. It was replaced, but within a week the post was already coming apart. After two requests it doesn't look like anything has been done to get it back to its original condition. I'm so disappointed.
