Compared to all the other I contacted, he was very quick. I believed that my piano was extremely bad and needed repairs so we made a two appointment days in case we needed the second day. He came in and quickly gave me a quote which was a lot lower then I expected from his website's price listing and we didn't need a second day. While he was working on the piano, he explained to me a couple of his instruments about what they are and used for. Since then, I have not heard ONE WORD from the owner so I have decided to file a case against him in small claims court because he DID NOT FIX MY PIANO and HE STOLE A PART FROM IT and then DISAPPEARED WITHOUT A TRACE! His phone no longer works either!
