The ice-cream is particularly good, but the sandwiches and paninis are also delicious. Their traybakes / muffins etc are usually quite big, but truly scrumptious. I remember sharing a muffin with a friend, and even between the two of us, we just couldn't finish it. Once again though, the high standard of customer service is what really makes it for me. The staff are more than helpful, and genuinely lovely. On one particularly busy day, the staff were rushed off their feet and had forgotten about my hot chocolate, but as soon as they realised, the apologies came thick and fast. Bless 'em. At this time of year, the Nosh team provide picnic baskets filled with goodies, including the rugs! What a wonderfully novel idea. I do pity them though...one week of persistently heavy rain and showers and the Northern Irish summer looks like another washout. Do nip into this delightful little cafe if you're around the area...it does have some of the best Nosh in town.

Breakfasts...from Fry's to porridge, from scrambled eggs to eggs Benedict, every angle covered. Lunches... I chose the steak ciabatta which was cooked to perfection, served with chips and a dressed salad and was very reasonably priced. The food when was great, a wide range of mouth-watering choices are clearly displayed across the huge menu..... which is the entire back wall of the place. It has been painted in blackboard paint and the menu chalked up in big clear writing. The prices although on the higher end of average aren't extortionate by any means so I wouldn't call it cheap eats but you get top quality food and service for just north of average price. Today I had a veggy burger plus the optional fries. Burger appeared to contain curry spices but not overwhelmingly so. Altogether tasty and there was even some avocado in the bun. As an omnivore, I'm conscious, though, of the different levels of structural integrity between meat and veggy patties - the latter are probably best left bunless and eaten with cutlery. It saves burying my face in the plate. For a sweet, I had the custard tart. This had much more custard in it than some others that I've had but perhaps a little too sweet.
