My move was 1/2/22 and no one ever contacted me back or showed up. I thought this was very strange after reading all of the great reviews on Google. Due to the bed sitting in water, the legs have cracked, clothes on hangers in the closet smell like mold. It's a disaster. I didn't realize why until she starts going on and on about Lucy and Ming from Orchard. How she connected immediately with Lucy as she is Spanish and Lucy is from Argentina. Then how patient they were with her, how much she learned and how much time this was going to save her. (She had to get off the phone to go do the "homework" Lucy gave her ) She literally kept me on the phone for 30 min raving about them!! They are doing in a few hours for my mom what would take me months to do, and even then I am not sure I could do half of what they do!
