The first time I went, I did one streak of highlight called a flash highlight (over 200$) to test the waters and it turned out great, so I came back expecting the same quality. This time was completely different. Paige double-booked another client and had her assistant handle most of my appointment. The assistant was extremely rough while washing my hair even after I repeatedly asked her to be gentle. She seemed annoyed that I said something and actually handed me the brush and said "do you want to brush it?" I shouldn't have to explain the same thing twice to her assistant when I already paid for a consultation to make sure this wouldn't happen. Paige barely checked in, didn't review my foils before they were rinsed, and my hair came out yellow and orange instead of the cool blonde I asked for. I didn't even get to choose the toner or discuss the results before being told by the assistant to pay. I also asked for thicker highlights and ended up with baby lights that looked uneven in tone. I walked out in tears and paid $265 for results that look like I used a bottle of Sun-In at home. I'm beyond frustrated and will not be going back. Letting an inexperienced assistant take over while charging full price is completely unacceptable.

I am having foot surgery soon and I wanted my hair cut . My husband told me to get a pedicure before that, so my toes would look good. I'm very self conscious about them because I have a mild deformity. Stacie is great. She listened to what I wanted , and answered my million questions with grace and patience . One of the owners has a giant white board that he updates I believe every week with a suggested work out schedule. I have yet to try it out as I have my own work out regiment, but I thought that was pretty cool! It had 4 different room, a front weight room with weight machines, a giant free weight room, a class room, and then a cardio room. It also has tanning, a sauna, and two very nice showers. I also love that you have the option of 24 hour access for a very small fee. Another great bonus, you're not locked into a contract. You can end any time you would like which is awesome (Not that I plan on leaving anytime soon.) If you are looking for a gym that isn't too crowded, with friendly staff and at a great price. I made it here 35 mins before they closed and needed to use the restroom before tanning. before even stating my name and what bed I would like to use, I stated that I needed to use the restroom first. I know better than to give my name and announce the room/bed I'd like to use before using the restroom because the receptionist will start the tanning bed clock right then. .....So you basically have 5 mins to use the restroom, remove your makeup, remove jewelry, make it to the room, strip down, lather lotion on and set your tanning bed preferences. You don't actually know how long you have left to tan once you make it into the bed because the clock only shows how many mins you've been the bed, not how long you have left. I tried to avoid having this happen and being cut short on tanning time but to no avail. My 9 min tanning bed time cut off at 6.14 mins..... no I know that sounds small but I am literally paying over $100 to tan twice a month... That's a lot of money to spend just to be cut short after driving across town to get here. I understand we were coming close to closing time when I came in 35 minutes before closing but if the staff is already checked out at 7:30 PM, maybe you guys should just start closing at 7:30 PM. In the end, I felt like whatever plans the girl had after work were more important than customer service. Whatever happened to greeting customers with a friendly smile? this will be my last billing cycle
