Great beds, not all the best staff. The majority of the staff seem far removed from their job…read moretitle. Today was not the first time I've walked in and felt like a burden to the receptionist. I made it here 35 mins before they closed and needed to use the restroom before tanning. before even stating my name and what bed I would like to use, I stated that I needed to use the restroom first. I know better than to give my name and announce the room/bed I'd like to use before using the restroom because the receptionist will start the tanning bed clock right then. .....So you basically have 5 mins to use the restroom, remove your makeup, remove jewelry, make it to the room, strip down, lather lotion on and set your tanning bed preferences. You don't actually know how long you have left to tan once you make it into the bed because the clock only shows how many mins you've been the bed, not how long you have left. I tried to avoid having this happen and being cut short on tanning time but to no avail. My 9 min tanning bed time cut off at 6.14 mins..... no I know that sounds small but I am literally paying over $100 to tan twice a month... That's a lot of money to spend just to be cut short after driving across town to get here. I understand we were coming close to closing time when I came in 35 minutes before closing but if the staff is already checked out at 7:30 PM, maybe you guys should just start closing at 7:30 PM. In the end, I felt like whatever plans the girl had after work were more important than customer service. Whatever happened to greeting customers with a friendly smile? this will be my last billing cycle

Prices are too high for the area. Paying for the crap equipment they put in by jacking the prices…read moreup was a bad move. People are moving to other tanning places because of it. Nobody else charges an activation fee to get a membership!! The equipment is broken down far too often with no discounts on the monthly fee when you can't use what you are paying for and nobody cares about making it right. Never again and I have been a loyal customer for years and should be treated as such!!! I would give them zero stars if it was an option.

The beds and bulbs always work perfectly, I normally only need a couple of visits to get a really nice tan and I am pretty fair. I think this is because of the quality beds they have. Marshall is the most personable, helpful store owner you will meet and the staff is exactly the same way. He always takes time to chat and has a big smile to greet you. They are very, very knowledgeable about the beds, tanning times, products and spray tan process and don't push the lotions etc. like other tanning salons. I find the packages to be extremely well priced. The store is always clean as are the tanning rooms and bathroom. This is the best tanning salon in the area, tell you friends!

I went in to get a spray tan, I am from out of town they had the same machine that I use at home…read morebut said they didn't have what I wanted. I usually do the rapid. I ended up doing medium and some spots look like there is no tan at all and I didn't do the rinse until hour 10. My legs I did a double spray look barely touched, it's so splotchy in some areas with tan and not even sure spray came out in others. My face neck, chest, look untouched. I did as I've always done follow the guide and prepped as you should and never had an issue like this before. Girl working desk wasn't super confident in her knowledge or setting it up but was friendly and trying so not sure if it was done correctly but glad this was only $10 for first time going there. I also questioned the hydration spray not being at the end, she said it was built in which where I go it's done at the end. Even family today said they can't at all tell I had it done. I would not go again to this chain and really bummed since I leave for a birthday trip tomorrow and wanted a nice glow. Just bad overall, which I've never had an issue with the spray tan machines before, always been pleasantly surprised but this place was not it for getting it done.
