I walked out of that office in Westerville on Otterbein ave with thousands of dollars in estimates for all the work they said my two sons needed. One of the WORST clinics I've been to. I had a filling replaced and it was placed extremely close…read moreto the nerve causing EXTREME pain. I went back the following day due to the pain. They pressured me to schedule the root canal in their office (they wanted almost 5k upfront for it) and the endodontist wasn't even in until the next week. At that point I was in so much pain I couldn't wait a week. I reached out to another office and they called aspen to request my x-rays so they would proceed with the root canal. Aspen claimed it would take 2-4 business days for them to get the x-rays sent over. When I called aspen and demanded them, they emailed them immediately and lied and said the other office didn't request them. I ended up getting an emergency root canal at another office who got me in the same day. They charged less than half of what aspen wanted me to pay and were much more professional and caring. Worst experience ever and will never return.
