Rainbow is located on the ground floor of the Shelby Presbyterian Church. They opened their doors back in 1980 as a community outreach but have evolved from there into a dedicated preschool experience. Toddlers to Pre K are accepted. Classes are from 9AM-1PM Monday through Thursday. Yes they do charge tution, but the fees are reasonable and they do give sibling discounts. Tuition scholarships are available for qualifying parents. Days are spent singing, laughing, playing, and doing arts and crafts. A great environment to teach your kids how to socialize with other kids. The older children get to go on field trips to places like the post office and the fire station. Safe, clean and a wonderful, caring staff. Great job!!!

I understand that the class is an elective but this should be a required course by the time they graduate and knowing how to work a check book. My husband needs to Get his cdl, he went through Schneider's and failed on the backing, so we…read morechecked into transtech which was stated that he needed to test in South Carolina. trans tech recommended neely shaw. my husband called and scheduled an appointment. he went over there did some practice at which point Neely Shaw guys told him he was not trained or trained wrong on some things. so we scramble to find some more money so to be able to do a day of intensive training and then test. This is where are experience went sour. My husband called him several times a day for 5 straight days, till my husband friend and boss ( he has allowed my husband to work for him in his business cleaning it just doesn't pay enough) called from his phone and the call was picked up immediately. My husband was being blown off. They weren't answering him. so now we don't know what to do cause the guy is still blowing off and is like well maybe in two weeks, we are paying customer I don't understand why but this is our experience.

i work, i put out fires, sometimes real ones, i run here i run there. i needed a cdl to pull my…read morebobcat trailer. dot was getting more strict. 42 years driving, 35 years driving trucks. i have three trucks that i drive. one of them since 1990, the other since 1996, but i still need a cdl because of my trailer weight. the dot did not tell me, but i knew they could ticket me. . neely shaw was amazing. they worked with my schedule. they did all they could to help me get a cdl, air brakes, semi trailer, 10 speed/shift and a tanker endorsement. it was cheaper than spartanburg tech by about 1,500.00 dollars too.. eric thanks for putting up with my schedul, and me getting experience with your transmission. a lot of less than perfect shifting. every truck i have the transmisions are a little different, clutches, and shit patterns and shifter lever, high low switch etc. . eric has one of the best modern easy shifting trasnmissions built. an eaton super 10. i even wanted to give them a tip, but they would not let me. thank you eric and quincy on a job well done and for not giving up on me. an old stuborn man is a tough student to teach at times.
