I loved having a website that let me schedule online and have text to work through confirming appointments. The website to submit paperwork in advance was really nice as well. The front staff and dental team were great on both visits. Any dental visits are tough for me generally due to a lot of challenges but they worked through them (and with me being a newer patient) and made me feel like I had been there forever. The tech was good - got pictures, x-rays, etc. They dictated my gum placements via a headset and helped me learn more than I ever had anywhere else before. The dental work was good overall for what I had done. I'll be back and will keep posting updates as I get to a few more visits.

Went to do the surgery of the first portion, and woke up with ALL UPPERS taken and the lower done. Not the plan that I was informed of nor discussed prior to going under. I thought having a surgical plan was something to follow, not just an idea that gets thrown out t he window for what ever reason. There is no emergency reason for this since this overall was an elective procedure and the time from consult to surgery was about 5 months.

They knew that if they told me that, I would've went somewhere else, which I should've. She followed with "if you have a problem, you should talk to your insurance." I talked to my insurance and the were shocked that this dentist would keep that information from me. UPDATE: I went to a new dentist and I had no teeth that needed fixing, when Lynnwood told me I had 1 cavity and 2 other teeth that were bad enough to have to come in for. My new dentist said "I tried very hard to find that cavity and I couldn't see anything" and he said the other two were not nearly as bad as they said they were and they didn't need fixing either.

I was referred to Dr. Emery by my dentist for a tooth extraction. The tooth was my back bottom left…read moremolar. The tooth was splitting in 2 from a previous filling and had started to abscess. I chose to go with local instead of general anesthesia due to the cost. So I was awake and aware during the whole procedure. It was a difficult extraction but now 12 hours post op I am having less pain than I expected. I would highly recommend Dr. Emery and his staff.
