I loved having a website that let me schedule online and have text to work through confirming appointments. The website to submit paperwork in advance was really nice as well. The front staff and dental team were great on both visits. Any dental visits are tough for me generally due to a lot of challenges but they worked through them (and with me being a newer patient) and made me feel like I had been there forever. The tech was good - got pictures, x-rays, etc. They dictated my gum placements via a headset and helped me learn more than I ever had anywhere else before. The dental work was good overall for what I had done. I'll be back and will keep posting updates as I get to a few more visits.

He then had me sit, take films and discussed the treatment plan I wanted. He listened to my crazy Aussie self and smiled all the way. I made a follow up appointment to have my teeth cleaned and at that time another discussion about my treatment plan. He has followed through with everything!! I made another appointment for a crown. I got there, and he decided i didn't need one. He had learned from a specialist friend to, "mill" old metal fillings. I have NEVER heard of anything like this! Well, guess what? NO CROWN! NO PAIN! NO HORRIBLE COPAY!! So grateful, because my insurance sucks this year.. another story... Dr. Melbourne's staff is incredibly kind and knowledgeable. Today I had an appt with Dr Molloy for a new patient and X-rays. Another appointment for a prophy…read morewas scheduled for a later date. After the x-rays were taken, the doctor actually came over and was going to perform a prophy, which I was unaware of. I explain to the hygienist and the doctor that I have issues with laying flat. I will get Vertigo which will last at least 3 weeks and I can't drive for fear I will get into an accident. I'm already walking in a boot for a medical condition. His response was that there was no way that he or the hygienist could do it with me lying flat . At that point I said to him and not in a nasty way that I guess I'm gonna have to find another dentist. He didn't say anything he pushed his chair back and walked out . Can a dental provider actually refuse to treat a person if they have vertigo . Somethings not right with that . Anyway, I just want to warn everyone else that they don't waste your Time by going to see this dentist if they have a medical condition . I was very disappointed with the lack of professionalism that was shown to me.
