I have to give a huge shout out to the team. I had a 10 am appt which should normally have lasted about 1.5 hours. They found a deeper problem. They worked straight through lunch until 2 pm to finalize the issue. They did not have to go the extra mile, but they did. Dr Bradshaw is an amazing dentist and more. He has the best team behind him that understands what is needed to get the job done and create a wonderful patient environment. I loved having a website that let me schedule online and have text to work through confirming appointments. The website to submit paperwork in advance was really nice as well. The front staff and dental team were great on both visits. Any dental visits are tough for me generally due to a lot of challenges but they worked through them (and with me being a newer patient) and made me feel like I had been there forever. The tech was good - got pictures, x-rays, etc. They dictated my gum placements via a headset and helped me learn more than I ever had anywhere else before. The dental work was good overall for what I had done. I'll be back and will keep posting updates as I get to a few more visits.

We both had excellent hygienists that were knowledgeable, personable, and gave us great suggestions for better flossing, brushing, and maintaining our teeth, gums and smiles. Dr. Bailey was so nice, friendly, and clearly exemplary in the field of dentistry. For a small cavity, she used a new sandblasting technique (at least new to me) where numbing is not required, the cavity is sandblasted, sealed and it only took about 5 minutes ~ amazing. Not only did they see me, they did backflips to make sure I was comfortable. They were fast, diligent, and overwhelming kind. I cannot thank Dr. Williams, Amy, or Theresa enough. I have been to this group located at UT medical center and never had any issues up until recently…read more It had been 3 years since my last visit and this time, I was very disappointed with the entire experience from start to finish. One issue that stood out right from the beginning, was the egregious communication skills of the resident dentist. He aggressively questioned me multiple times about why it had been so long since I was there. I gave a general answer because I really didn't want to share with him my personal life story of losing my sister very unexpectedly in 2022. I didn't feel like I owed an explanation for being occupied with her only child who has severe Down's syndrome. I didn't feel the need to explain the amount of grief I have had to deal with over the past few years. I was finally focusing on my own underserved needs and felt like he was scolding me for being noncompliant. When he wasn't able to pinpoint my pain issue, his attitude spoke of unbelief. He questioned me about why I didn't come in sooner if I had so much pain. I explained that this was the first appointment I could get, and I made it 3 months ago. I waited patiently because I didn't want to go anywhere else. I had very good results in the past. I could go on with multiple other complaints about the resident dentist, but it would be several pages long. When I went to check out, I was told I had a past due bill of over $100.00 from my last visit in 2021 and had to pay it along with this visit. I explained that I never received any bills from them. I was told, they sent out 1 statement and they don't use a collection agency. At this point I wanted to get as far away from them as possible for my own mental wellbeing. So I quickly paid the bill and left. I will never go back and will encourage others to go somewhere else.
