I owned and operated healthcare agencies for over 10 years and employed over 50 therapists, so I am speaking from experience. Administratively, the company overcharged me WITHOUT communication until I checked with my insurance and then complained about them getting paid by the insurance and charging me for the same service (not sure I would have ever heard about it, but after complain was told I would eventually get a refund....sure). In addition they misplaced an Rx 3 times, and then cancelled treatments because they couldn't find it. Management is no better. Too bad. The therapists are very talented.

HORRIBLE, the "on-call" number does NOT answer calls. they do not that give you any notice when the…read morenurses or health aids call out. They will be quick to argue with the family down to the ground the minute you try to communicate a concern.From health aids who leave your loved one on the floor and refuse direct requests for help, to nurses who will no-call no show the morning off... DO NOT USE THEM! you've been warned. This company needs to be shut down.
