Cab drivers were respectful kind, and made good conversation and got me to my destination in a timely manner. The only thing I did notice was the lack of masks, as Ontario is currently mandated to wear masks I feel as though for not only the safety of me as a customer but we also need to keep the drivers safe as well so it may be useful to instruct driver on wearing masks even if Sarnia does not really have any active cases, I am from out of town and you do not know if your customers have somehow been exposed. If I ever visit Sarnia again I will definitely use this service again!

Got out of my car when my boyfriend arrived to pick me up, and when turning around in the parking lot got yelled at by a large blonde saying "Thanks a lot asshole." We were both now confused and unaware of anything that I had done wrong. At this point we are still in the car about to turn out of this parking lot and the same blonde in the taxi in front of us gets out with a note, grabs my windshield wiper, put the note in and slams down my windshield wiper to keep the note there. I got out to grab the note and it reads "you cannot park here unless you live or work here." Now there are no signs in this parking lot prohibiting any type of parking, if so I would not have proceeded to park in the parking lot. I decided to call the manager a while after and told her about the incident. The manager said in response, "she did tell me about someone parking there but didn't tell me she yelled at you." I assured her she did yell at me and that I don't really appreciate it. She responded with "well people just don't really park there and it kinda makes it hard for us to backup." I asked her how would I know when there are no signs. She admitted there are no rules or signs and did not tell me anyway that I would know. I received no apology but was told that this blonde would get talked to. Oh boy, wonderful establishment. No stars lol

The 1st time I booked a time for early morning with a driver and heard her call dispatch to book the time for the following morning at 5:45 as we had a train to catch to Toronto at 6:15. Well the following morning at 5:55 no taxi. Called and they said they over booked and they person before booked 5 min earlier. They said "we hope to get you there on time....." Ended up having ot call Courtsy Cab and they rushed and got my wife and I on time. Today called and he said I'll get one out to you. Well 25 mins later i call'ed back and was told "your next in line" well I waited another 15-20 mins and seen the same cab drive by 3 times were I was at. I called again and was told it will get to you when it gets to you. There are 3 or 4 move ahead for you. I explained and quoted what he had said to me,,,"next in line" He than said thats why we don't give times,,,I was being spoken down to for wanting to know when the taxi was coming after waiting almost an hour. Dispatcher was rude in my opinion.
