I had provided him the return flight information, flight number and airline for our return ride back from the airport to home March 22. I did not receive a confirmation text or email I texted the owner to remind him of our pick up and our flight number and airline. The flight got delayed three times due to the mess of the TSA shortages in this country/government shut down. Beyond my control. The owner was in Florida and seemed confused and was re-asking me all the questions that were texted to him. His comment was "I get a lot of texts" . Then he told me due to the second delay coming into DTW that he didn't have anybody available because they had to get up early in the morning for Monday morning rides. We were stranded at the airport at 3:30 in the morning. And had to make other arrangements. I had booked this weeks in advance of the trip and it felt like it was only convenient for them to take us to the airport but due to the late arrival, it was not convenient for them. They shouldn't name their company Van's express Airport 24 Hours seven days a week when it's actually whatever happens to be convenient for them ,regardless if you book weeks in advance a round-trip pick up. I will never use this service again. It was horrible and unreliable.

We used Dream Limousine for our wedding day transportation and had an amazing experience from start…read moreto finish. We chose the Coach 17 party bus, which seats up to 30 passengers. With our large wedding party, plus 3 photographers and 2 videographers I was worried, but we just fit--and it worked out perfectly! The bus arrived at our hotel exactly on schedule, and it was incredibly easy to find. We were able to bring anything we needed--drinks, food, bags, and personal items--knowing the driver would stay with the bus while we had our ceremony and traveled around the city for photos. The lighting and music were fully adjustable, which made the ride such a fun and memorable part of the day. After our ceremony, we were surprised with a complimentary bottle of champagne (which was so good!) along with cups and napkins. It was such a thoughtful touch and made the moment feel extra celebratory. Our driver was absolutely incredible--professional, friendly, patient, and so helpful with anything we needed. While we were celebrating on the bus, he was working closely with our photo and video team to find the best places to park around downtown Detroit. He communicated clearly and kindly the entire day. He genuinely cared about our experience--congratulating us when we met, after our ceremony, and getting off the bus for the last time. About a week before the wedding, we received a call confirming all details and logistics, which gave us so much peace of mind. On the day of, everything went exactly as discussed. When we finished our final drop-off, the driver assured us he would take care of any remaining trash so we could simply enjoy our night. His kindness and professionalism truly elevated the whole experience. From our first phone call with Dream Limousine, to the week-before confirmation, to our amazing driver on the wedding day, everything was exceptional. Never pass up on your party bus opportunity for your wedding. It's your time to take a break after…read morethe ceremony and enjoy your time together and with your bridal party, with some beverages on the way! We ran into this company at the Novi Bridal Expo. I'm not sure how many of each type of bus they have (in total it looks like they have 14 different buses and they also have some limos too), but they said that their vehicles book up pretty quickly and pretty far out in advance. So we made sure we booked relatively soon after we spoke to the representative. Sure enough, about a week after the expo, we made our booking and there were only two buses left for our initial date. One was too small and one was just right. It was $200 up front towards a $950 price tag in total. Fairly reasonable because at the time, we were looking to go to multiple destinations to take photos. Con: That summer, we decided to move our wedding to the following year. Dream Limousine was very understanding with the circumstances and moved our booking to our new wedding date. As we got closer to our wedding date, we also had to move to a different venue. This part was somewhat of a challenge, because getting a hold of them and explaining the new schedule was difficult and we seemed to be communicating through sticky notes left by the secretary to the manager. He made a bit of a big deal about picking us at a different time, when it was only an hour difference from what we previously had. It also ended up being easier for the river because we simply wanted to get driven around, we didn't need to stop at destinations for photos anymore either. Pro: The bus was very comfortable and worth the money. Everyone had a comfortable seat and easy access to the beverage we brought. We had room for the coolers and could also use the built in coolers in between the rows. There are ample amounts of cup holders as well throughout all of the seats. No bathroom on our model that we rode one, but that was okay. The sound system was really great too for us to jam out on our brief adventure on the roads. We were very thankful to have Dream Limousine for wedding needs!

We began at the historic Elmwood Cemetery in Detroit, where a lineup of impactful speakers shared insights on their organizations, our community, and the cemetery's rich history. The group then traveled by bus to Fort Wayne for more educational exploration. I learned so much--insights I'm still unpacking today (March 21). The narrators from City Institute, Outlier Media, and others were phenomenal, making history come alive. I look forward to supporting these organizations and joining future tours. I highly encourage everyone to invest their time in these experiences. A huge thank you to my friend for sharing the invite!

If I could give them "0" stars I would. And here is why.... to start, there were 6 of us total for…read morethis tour. That's $52/person. So here is the breakdown of what that got us. This is a long story of epic fails. - a generic meet up point on a gps map, to which when we got there, there were no signs or anyone in a blue DFX shirt standing in the open waiting for us. We had to basically talk out loud and then a guy sitting down near us wandered over and realized we were his group. He did have a dfx shirt on, but hidden underneath another long sleeve button up shirt. -No bus. See photo. It was raining, and we are expecting to be driven around. My girl ran a 10K that morning with the distinct impression she wouldn't be walking around Detroit. -We start out a block from the coney places, but for some reason were guided to the furthest away place first. To which we are walking in greektown to Pizza Papalis. The guide walks us past the place until one of our crew states we are at the end of greektown near the freeway. To which the guide replied "sorry, I was looking at my phone". Keep in mind it is drizzling and we are all hungry. -We then turn around and finally get to the first stop "Pizza Papalis" to which we are seated and basically told that it takes 45min for their signature deep dish to be cooked. So basically we figured out that this should've been the last stop. So we have to settle on a thin crust pizza which isn't their best signature food... so what's the point? Our guide ordered two larges, so basically we eat about 1, and then now have to carry full carryout boxes of pizza to the next stop. -next is the Golden Fleece, also in greektown. We walk 5 buildings down stomachs absolutely full of pizza and sit down. The waitress stated that we were early. 45 minutes early, so nothing was prepared. Which got us "looks" from the guy cutting the lamb. Which reconfirmed we were going in the wrong order. The food here was great, but our tour guide spilled an entire water on the table in front of me. There will be another section later about the guide. So we are full on pizza and only eat a few gyros and again I now have multiple FULL carryout boxes I'm carting around Detroit in the rain. -the last stop is lafayette coney island. On the way we are like, I wonder which is better american or lafayette, we shouldn't have to choose right? See pic, well our guide made us choose as we were walking. So we go to Lafayette. These coneys are good! However our guide pays then comes back to the table and says that's it, tour is complete. So we never even went to american which is literally attached next door!!! -Our guide was out of place. He was a nice person, but he literally had ZERO facts about any of the places we went to. He had a lack of awareness of where we were walking to. He had to continuously look at an email on a piece of paper to try and figure out what we were supposed to be doing. He mistakenly took us on the tour backwards. He left our group multiple times at each food place for 10 minutes at a time to go smoke cigarettes. He spilled pizza and water on our tables. He actually got up from our table at Lafayette for so long that someone else took his seat. Then he tries to sell us on DFX at the end and just leaves with his food. Are tour guides supposed to leave with multiple boxes of food that the customer pays for??? This is probably an enigma tour in comparison to everything else I've seen or read about with DFX. But my major concern is this, we were all from the Detroit surrounding areas, and I got the impression our guide thought this gave him a "lazy pass". Maybe he was hungover, maybe he wasn't the normal guide, maybe he was disgruntled because he had plans that Saturday and now had to be in rainy Detroit, who knows.... BUT If we were out of town tourists, there would be a horrible feeling of being taken advantage of that would make you never want to come back. That pisses me off as a Michigan/Metro Detroit resident of 30+ years. It was bad representation of the turnaround the city is trying to accomplish and we felt like we had gotten fleeced out of our $52 per person. Nothing was learned, nothing was gained except a bloated stomach, an indecision of which coneys are better, and some sore wet feet.

The trolley "jerked" us around the entire ride (not an exaggeration). This was extremely uncomfortable for all the guests that joined us for pictures, including our friend who was 8 months pregnant at the time. 2. Our parents, photographer & videographer were driving behind the trolley and all mentioned that smelly black smoke was billowing out the back. They also said that we never went above 25mph. 3. Due to the amount of time it took us to travel from one location to the next, it severely cut into our picture time with our photographers which meant they were rushed and our stops were cut short. 4. At one point, the trolley completely stalled in the middle of a street. It was probably only for a minute or two but it was another embarrassing moment for us. 5. When I called and emailed to express my complaints they were abrupt and rude, cutting me off in the middle of my sentence and calling me a liar about the complaint regarding the black billowing smoke and refused to give us any credit. I do not recommend companies that operate like this.

My 91 year old father flies from San Diego to Detroit and back each year to enjoy his summers at…read morehis lake house in Port Austin, MI. Port Austin is about three and a half hours north of DTR. The only thing that allows his trip to happen, is having a limo to take him up and bring him back down each May and September (seven hours round trip for the driver). We have used Brentwood's DET for years and they have always been great. This year, there was a mix up with one of my dad's bags being stowed under his wheelchair by a new Delta employee and her forgetting that she had stowed it there. Well, a half an hour into their drive, Delta calls me, saying the bag was left behind. I call Mark in Dispatch (I think also the CEO) and he says no problem and gets the driver to head back to DTR and coordinates getting the bag delivered to the Limo curbside. No extra fee charged, no frustration, just great customer service. I'd highly recommend Brentwood's DET for your limo needs!
