Rebecca showed up and the man got loud. I ended up hearing her yelled at the man, "Don't be such an asshole." I was shopping with a young child, who didn't need to be hearing this kind of language. I've never heard a sales associate talk to another person like that. There are other ways to handle a disgruntled customer and this was not the way! Rude employees who don't care!! Kohls should be ashamed of themselves!!

When entering I felt a bit startstruck as I looked on upon this beautiful store. My husband found this place while driving and insisted on coming in. There are stairs to second floor. There is a freight elevator which could be used for accommodation but I did not ask. Aisles are wide and booths are well organized. The front desk staff are friendly and helpful. They offer a free cup of coffee or tea to shoppers. The restroom is accessible and clean. Booths contain everything from vintage clothing and furniture, new and used items and antiques, glassware, sports and modern collectibles, jewelry and everything in between. Prices are very reasonable. This store is very close to Indiana Dunes and Dune Acres. It's a fun way to pass some time and wait for that special item "to call your name'.

I found that fact especially rude and disrespectful we were only letting them know of the issue there was no reason to trash talking the customers.

Their sister store, Marshalls, tends to be cheaper and have more clearance items. I did buy some dog items I had not seen elsewhere. I like to find new and different toys and aids for my dogs, so this was a plus.
