Seriously, did they not order them? They said they would call me when they found them. I don't live very close to the store so why should I need to come back? Because they "couldn't find them", I ask them to mail them to me. The lady at the register went and talked to Karen (I assume was the manager) and she came back and told me I'd be better off ordering them online. W O W! #1 - great customer service and #2 - I don't think so! When the lady rang up my order, she did something to the order and it whipped out the order. Karen couldn't figure out what happened so they finally rang it up again. Once I was in the car, I looked at the receipt and saw that they didn't honor my coupons. I ended up having to go back in and request my money. No one knew how to tell the lady to credit my money so she gave me the cash...no taxes so I still ended up getting ripped off. I know it's only the tax amount but if they did it to me, they'd do it to someone else...it all adds up! That's okay, I went to Hohman's on 45th and not only was I able to get what the Apple "could t find", I was able to find more unique gift items and other ornaments. Almost $500 later, I'm thrilled I went to Hohman's. They have 3 times the selection and so many friendly people to help. It was the first and LAST time I will give Little Green Apply my wish list and it's the LAST time I will give them my business.

There was a well dressed woman sitting on the floor opening many boxes of ornaments, taking them out and tearing the tissue. She then set the ruined box back on the shelf. Yes, an employee saw her and said nothing. OK.......the second time was ok, not special. Needed a card and I was passing so, what the heck....Yesterday was the LAST time. My daughter and I went in and bought cards and gift cards. We were at separate registers. After lengthy discussion with each other the clerks decided it was OK to try to run our credit cards as their system had been acting up. OK.....well, VERY long story shorter.... they ended up running the gift cards which could not be accepted because their credit card system was down. They knew this before even trying to do the sales. One was the manager!!! Why...oh why......would you run our cards if you knew it wouldn't work????? We now have a total of $150 tied up because these women didn't do the responsible thing and tell us " NO. I'm sorry our system is down and not taking gift cards." That wasn't hard for me to say. Of course, the manager did say to stop taking cards after spending about 20 minutes getting us taken care of. It took you mere seconds to take my money (Yes, I checked while still at the register) but I still don't have my refund. Oh, yes, I was told that was instantaneous, too. Um, no, it's really not. I am not rich. I do not have money like that to throw around or to hold for several days because of your errors. If you want to let a woman sit on the floor and ransack your ornaments, that's your business. Taking my money is my business and it is not appreciated AT ALL!!! I will NOT be back nor will my family. INCREDIBLY bad service.

My Mom passed away in January, 2018. Preparing for the funeral services, I had an original,…read morebeautiful picture of her that belonged to her Mom which is about 60 years old that had some water damage that I needed retouching to display at the services. I came to the Southgate Shopping Center and visited Thomas Photogenic on 1/13/18. I explained what I needed and the business owners were very friendly with me and told me that the picture was still in good shape. They were very gentle and able to remove the original picture covered in plastic and taped on the backside and suggested I go next door to Art Corner where they could frame it. I thanked them and went next door to Art Corner. I walk in with the picture and met Pam, the owner. She took special care with the picture and complimented how beautiful the picture was. They were able to make a scan of the picture to save and touch up the original picture. She showed me a frame that looked antique and when I put frame with the picture, it looked like it would work nicely. So, Pam went in the back to work on putting the picture in the frame to secure it. When she finished and brought it out from the workroom in the back, I started crying because it looked so beautiful together. She hugged me like I was family and told me this is what makes her job worthwhile. I thanked her many times. In December, 2018, I came back to Art Corner to get a scanned copy of the picture of my late Mom made for my sister and a copy framed to give to my grandmother as a surprise. She's in a nursing home now and thought all of her belongings in her apartment were disposed of. When I walked in, I was greeted by Ryan and Stephanie who both were pleasant to work with. They explained that Pam had sold the business and that they were the owners now. Both of them worked hard to give me what I wanted at a more than fair price. I picked the same frame as the original picture is in, it had to be ordered which took several days to come in. They are so customer service oriented that Stephanie came in on Christmas Eve to meet me to pick up my order as both were Christmas gifts. How rare & awesome is that? This review is long overdue but I am happy to share about this outstanding business. Trust them, they know what they are doing and care about their craft and product. Thank you Art Corner, I smile every time I see your name and you have made so many of my family happy, including in the heavens. A+++!
