They didn't even cut it straight. It looked like a toddler cut the bottom of my very expensive gown. When I brought it back to show the lady that owns the dry cleaners she said "no one sees the bottom of the dress". I had to argue with her to get a refund on the hemming that I paid for (let alone even try to get reimbursed for the dress they damaged). She was unapologetic, argumentative and made me seem like I was making a big deal over nothing. I have been a customer there for 10 years and have experienced other problems with their service but this by far was the worst.
