Drop off was easy, the process was easy, and they even helped me bring it from the car. They explained everything to me and ensured me everything would be handled according to wash instructions per label. Came back and everything was perfectly folded into bags separated by family member. Everything was clean and everything smelled fresh. I've been doing my own laundry since I was 10 and I could only wish these guys were closer. I would use them every week. I provided them a dress shirt, brand new out of the pristine packaging from Nordstrom. No stains. I just needed the creases out. I went to pick it up, and unfortunately still full of creases. No problem, it happens. I ask them to redo it as it can't be worn like that. I go to pick it up again, and now it's covered in stains. These stains were not there when I handed it to them, or when they gave it back to me the first time. No idea where they came from, but I noticed it right away - dark brown and throughout the entirety of the shirt. I pointed it out, and they took it back while I waited. They reluctantly fixed it. Regardless, I'm not sure why I gave them a clean shirt to be pressed and then it came back with stains. The woman then told me to find another dry cleaner if I wasn't happy and that it wasn't going to be perfect (unprompted as I was leaving). Im not expecting perfect, but I do expect to be handed a shirt without stains, especially when it was given to them without. I found this to be hurtful and rude. As a loyal customer, I would have continued coming back and assumed it as a one off. The fact they were so dismissive and not taking ownership was incredibly disappointing.

They open super early and stay open late, which is an advantage over the other laundromats in the area. Laundromat opens daily 5:30am - 11:30pm. Attendant is on duty M-F 10am - 6pm, Saturday 8am - 5pm, Sunday 8am - 5pm. Free coffee when you come during hours that the attendant is here. There is a bathroom, old-looking but sufficient. BEWARE of dryer #13, 14, single load washers #10, 11, and double load washers #17 and 18. These machines in particular tend to be finicky about accepting quarters. Small tubs are available for collecting quarters from the change machine. Enough parking spots most of the time, but it can get crowded on evenings because of the other shops and dance studios in the Blue Ribbon Shopping Plaza. Vending machines for snacks and drinks. TV that usually have the news on. They have wash and fold service here but I have never used it.
