BEST Chinese in the area. Fast reliable TASTY, cheaper if you call then on Uber Eats.

Saturday lunch in Richmond Hill, Queens call upon chicken steamed dumplings for $7.00. I always…read morehave a predilection for Chinese steam dumplings as I can eat it all day for lunch and dinner including brunch. There were a total of ten (10) pieces which is generous size as most Chinese takeout cafes provide the standard eight (8) pieces for shrinkage resulting from inflationary pressures and the uphill battle to sustain increased operational costs. It was accompanied with soy sauce as condiment. The dumplings were fresh and average. Customer service is average. Sales receipt is provided upon request and is handwritten the old school way. There is one large oversized takeout menu for grabs which the associate blatantly upfront stated: "the prices will be change and this menu is going to be outdated." Well, at least I can review the menu for the food options offered - not noting the price. The interior ambiance dark, dingy and very dated to 1980s era. This business is accessible via MTA NYC Transit A train Lefferts Boulevard at 111th Street in Richmond Hill, Queens, New York City.

Sometimes, I even make the trip all the way from Staten Island to come here [yes, because I have nothing better to do :) ] Their food can be a bit greasy but I figured I only live once. And honestly, who eats Chinese if isn't on their cheat day while wearing sweats? I love their chicken and broccoli. It is my favorite thing to order from them. While, their chicken lo mien is good, it tastes like the other standard Chinese food take out places. Seriously, their chicken is soft and almost melts in your mouth. The broccoli is cooked to perfection, it is neither too soft or stiff. The staff is very nice and attentive. I have been ordering here for years and even after moving -- 8 years later they still remember my voice and order.

This is just your classic $7 Chinese food and they hit all the right notes. I recently moved near…read moredelivery in the area & have ordered from Grubhub here twice. I am a clean freak and their food seemed nice and sanitary. The chicken with broccoli is AMAZING. It had the right amount of sauce, chicken, and broccoli. The rice tasted fresh! For the chicken wings and fried rice, they are fried in coconut oil. It doesn't taste bad but I know many people that wouldn't want that taste so just something to keep in mind. For chicken wing with fried rice and chicken with broccoli fried rice, it came out to $16.17 after tax. I called them to remind about giving extra hot sauce and they made sure to give 10 extra packets!! Finally someone who listened, I hate when they deliver without any. Overall, this is now my go to for Chinese :)

It was pretty good, but very spicy. No complaints there. The customer service on the other hand, was TERRIBLE. The guy who took our order had a BAD ATTITUDE and LITERALLY ROLLED HIS EYES AT ME when I tried to order "chai-main". He expected me to know the difference between Plain Lo Main, Chicken Lo Main, Chao Main.... WHICH I OBVIOUSLY DONT. I just wanted noodles. My friend saw that I was very uncomfortable and stepped in and asked him "I'm sorry, are we giving you a hard time?" And he said "Oh no. Don't worry about it" and played it off. I just wanted to take my food and leave. Rude. Just rude.

Tasty food or mush? This was my original go-to Chinese spot when I would order delivery. Since they are usually fast and friendly on the phone. My usual order is chicken and broccoli with pork fried rice. The first few times the rice was delicious and not greasy at all. The chicken and broccoli was plentiful and saucy. However, recently there has always been a problem with the fried rice when I order it. Once, the rice had crunchy bits in it. I have no clue what they were. I would guess that they were bits of uncooked rice mixed in. But hey, things happen right? I ordered from two more times since I always had a great experience previously. One of those two times, I ordered the WonTon soup which was all out of the bowl and into the bag when the delivery guy arrived at my house. He told me I can call the store and tell them what happened for a free WonTon soup next time. The next time I ordered from them some of the fried rice has spilled out of the container and again, into the bag. The remaining rice was mushy and obviously overcooked and the pork bits were mainly fat. C'mon guys! I'm sure 98% of the their business is delivery - things like this should not happen.
