I had on my app a free medium hot drink. The two Hispanic ladies at the register were being very rude the thinner lady said that we are not a truck stop you guys are only here to get free things. She came out from behind the counter being very rude telling us we have to pay for the ice in our containers. Then a manager lady with very very short hair said we have to pay $.54 per cup of ice that filled our drink containers. Then the thinner girl got in my husbands face and said just cause you are a big and fat and a truck driver does not give you the right to get free ice. Then said we are not allowed back into the maverick. We have never had this type of experience they treated us like we were criminals. There was another Hispanic customer filling up his own container with ice they did not say anything to him. My friend said she would buy my wine since she had her ID with her (btw we are both over 65). But the clerk explained that she had to ID all parties buying alcohol. Ok. Local rules we will follow if we know them. Now we have been schooled. Several days later we return with all of our IDs in hand. Checking out, the same employee said "and don't come back!" ???
