Stopped by this gas station on my way home from Disneyland and was looking for a well lit and clean looking gas station. This gas station was pretty clean, and well lit and did not have many people hanging around late at night to be assumed it was safe. Gas prices were pretty cheap compared to its competitors around. Said we only have it in the refrigerator. 3!!!! staff and all INCREDIBLY LAZY. The lady in question is RUDE, RUDE, AGRESSIONATE - THIS IS A DISGRACE FOR THE BRAND Chevron. I have never seen such laziness combined with laziness and hatred for the client that I experienced. I went to the convenient store to buy a drink. I've seen the bodyarmor for $2.99 so I grabbed two. The guy at the register was charging me $5.36 for each! I mentioned to him that the tag said $2.99. Friends find it funny that I review gas stations but hey why not. Pros: No panhandlers as far as I've seen. You also get a lot more personal space for your car. Which is good cuz even my car has it's own personal bubble. It's also never crowded for me at least, so yay. Trash cans, paper towels, and wipers are neat and organized. Cons: The thingy to hold the pump inside your gas tank so you can let go doesn't work. What the heck. Now I have to hold my pump like some kind of pleb. It's more expensive by 40 cents compared to the local gas stations across the street and down the block. It's also more expensive by 20 cents compared to other Chevrons. I don't get it. One of the lowest priced Chevron stations in the area. The gas is one of the cleaner brands you can put in your car and they offer the discounted cost at this location to Chevron card customers which is a plus. One of the negatives to this location is how busy it gets and the setup leaves you very few places to wait for an available pump without sitting in the middle of the street or blocking the driveway in/out. They have also recently been closed on numerous occasions in the afternoon for repairs and I was unable to go here. I have also encountered numerous times the pumps being shut off in the morning and waiting 5-10 minutes for these to come back up seems like an eternity when you have somewhere to be. I will come here due to the pricing being a bit lower than surrounding stations and the discounted cost for using my Chevron credit account. Another note is the store could due for an upgrade as outside of a few sodas there is little to no store at all. If you are looking for a full convenience store this is not the spot for you. read more

They are usually a few cents cheaper than the gas near the freeway and it's easy enough to pull in and out of the pumps Minus a star because the employees are always changing and they seem to have this manual inventory system where they have to write down each item sold by hand...it took me 10+ minutes just to pay for cigarettes and pre pay for some gas. read more

What can I say? This is a small Chevron off off Brookhurst and Broadway. We come here for the cheapest Chevron with Techron gas in Anaheim. Trust me, this place always comes up on my GasBuddy with the cheapest gas. I don't use any other kind of fuel for my cars so it's nice to be able to come here and fill up. Last prices when I came it was $2.75 a gallon. You can't beat that! The cashier is always nice usually a lady that works there. I come here for the gas and no other conveniences like sodas or snacks so this place works for me. The snacks they do have there are very limited and overpriced so don't bother. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER DONT EVER GO HERE!!! Don't waste your money. On Monday Morning 3:05 am my car ran out of gas and u fortunately I chose to come to Chevron because it's where I always pick chevron but luckily my girl lives only 25 mins away. All I had was 5 bucks cash on me cause I left my wallet at her house and while I was checking my oil the employee "NAZIM" ran over to me and said "you have been here for five mins.. I told him my girl is bringing me money to pump gas and his answer was to go to the bar a few blocks down and wait .. we'll sorry my car wouldn't start it ran out of gas he said "upper management doesn't want people here for longer than 5 mins, and that if I stay longer than 5 mins I'm Causing a problem to business and cops will be called.." I told him to call the cops I'm allowed to wait for my money to pump my gas and not be harassed and also check my Oil and make sure my car is ok. More often than not, this Chevron disappoints. I have no clue how it has an average of four stars. There have been several times when they were not able to accommodate basic things a gas station should. One time, customers were unable to use credit or debit cards because the system was down. It's been three times that they do not have change for $100! What gas station has absolutely no change for $100?! They are so quick to turn down business. Although the gas MIGHT be cheaper than some locations, think I might skip the annoying lack of basic accommodations. Plus, the store is not very big and have a much less selection of snacks and drinks than other Chevrons. Staff is also very quiet and sometimes rude. Once an employee asked me in a rude manner to close the door behind me, even though it was already open when I walked in. Lastly, the area is a little shady, especially at night. So the low tire pressure light decided to turn on while driving home. I so happend to see this Chevron while driving. So i walk in to the little store thats part of the whole Cheveron buisness, and i see the cashier spring right up from his chair and quickly greeted me with excellent customer service. Plus he even turned on the air for my tires i had forgot to buy a lighter for the cigarettes i had just bought so i went back in and he once again sprung quickly from his chair to his cashier station and was 100% attentive and he even picked my lighter for me when i asked him to choose me one he licked the one with the sail boat .
