This is a unique gas station-- they decorate festively throughout the year & even have various snacks or drinks you can buy. I don't think I've seen a gas station have fresh Thai tea before. They had a lot of help in the daytime; several gas attendants helping customers and keeping station clean & stocked. You can get air here too for free. There's a car wash & you can use your Shell rewards if you have it. Prices are competitive with others in the area, but seriously-- check out their decorations lol it's lit. As far as Shell goes, this location has the best prices in the area. You can make it even cheaper if you pay with cash and/or get a carwash. It's quite cheerful with their year-long Christmas lights and decorations during certain holidays. The attendants are nice. Mostly in a good mood, shout out to the night attendant on duty. I became a regular when I would stop by on my drive home from the house of mouse. Sadly, I can't find those prices in my own city and what's more sad is that I no longer hold an annual Dland pass where this gas station would be along my route. read more

BEST gas prices in town! They are always at least $0.10 cheaper than the other stations nearby. Friendly staff! Everyone has a smile on their faces every time I visit. One employee in particular has a great presences and personality that makes you feel very welcome. He is also the fastest and most efficient worker there. He regularly reminds customers about the different rewards, deals, and promos being offered. Super helpful especially during busy times when cars are lined out to the street; there is usually someone that assist with directing traffic to ensure customers are in and out quickly and safely. The cleanest and brightest station. You can tell they take pride in maintaining everything. I hate the smell of gas and have never had an issue with that here. Also, these pumps have cords that can reach to the other side of your car in case you park on the opposite of where your tank is. Need a snack? This is a busy Shell gas station - but they have lots of bays and directional signs that keep things smooth as long as drivers pay attention to which direction they are driving. To those reading - you should be entering the bays in the direction facing Euclid Westbound. This location is always well-maintained, clean, well-lit and there's usually always some promo or event going on during the weekend. This Shell usually has the lowest prices out of all the other Shell stations within a 5-ish mile radius. Since gas is currently more than $5.00 a gallon, I get my gas at Costco now, but another perk I stop by here for is their car wash. For $8, you get a relatively decent car wash, which includes the multi-color, pleasantly smelling car shampoo bath, rinse and wash. It's not perfect - minus a star for a crappy dry system that encouraged me to drive a little faster down Euclid after I exited the station to dry off. The "Best" here is comparable to a $12/$13 wash at one of those wash-only businesses. read more

I have been long time customer about 10 years plus. The price is low, the station is clean and well kept. The issue with 91 grade performance recently , my car car was slow, not responsive and I thought it was normally for 10 years Lexus sport sedan. Coincidentally I got 91 gas from other 2 Shell gas stations when fuel ran low and suddenly the car performance came ALIVE, was fast and responsive. Instead of saving 40 cents per gallon, I would pay more for better Shell gas else where for better gas performance. read more

0/5. Went to this shell after our dog got hit by a car and transported to the garden grove animal hospital. Went in around 2am and asked for help to get back to our hotel. We were evacuated and I was without my cell phone and asked for directions. The guy at the cashier told me to leave and said he couldn't help me. Even though I had been walking after transporting the dog for 3 miles from our hotel. I had no cell phone with me and needed help. He wouldn't help me and told me to leave or he would call the police. I simply asked for directions back to Disney area. Thanks for making my night even worse. I'll never forgive you for not helping out someone in need. I just wanted directions to get home to my kids and let them know our dog had passed. I will never forget this. read more

This is my go-to Shell in Anaheim. The prices are amazing, and if you subscribe to Shell rewards, they are even better. I have occasionally had to wait to get gas, as this is a smaller station for the area, but they also have a car wash so you can do both if you need to. I tend to go at off times, and always just swing in, even if I don't desperately need gas, if there is no line, just to get it done (as getting gas is one of my least favorite things to do). I love this Shell location. Price is always consistently lower than other Shells and the owner is above and beyond in whatever he does! I think the family runs this Shell and you can tell by the many personal touches they do to this gas station. I always try to come here when I need to fill up. The owner and his staff are always there so if you need anything or run into any issue, someone will be there to help you. Someone also bumped into my car couple years ago when he tried to beat me to the pump and we had to exchange insurance info. They lied to their insurance and said I hit their car instead and wanted money, so I asked the owner for a copy of the security footage and he was able to give me a copy on a disc. Went to gas up at Shells because I get 20 cents off a gallon from shopping at Ralphs. it's 56°. That's really cold for California. Why am I leaving a review for a gas station!!?! I like supporting ma and pa businesses and this one has been around since I was growing up. My dad, before he retired, would always come before he headed off to work in the morning and said that it's family run and early in the morning the daugther is typically there helping her dad before school we're talking 5:30 or 6am every day handing out hot coffee for customers. I was leaving Kaiser from across the street, and on my way to get gas , when my tire hit the corner of the curb. I parked inside the property. I was surrounded by "Angels ", and felt safe. I called "triple A ", and they stated an hour.. I couldn't believe the wait time. I was approached by the owner , ( Dad, I believe) as he offered to help. I felt so fortunate, and grateful . Ok let's just say this is a horrible buisness. Today I went and got gas and a car wash. As I'm leaving the wash all of a sudden a piece of my suv flys over the windshield. It was the like 7 foot metal strip off the top and it was all bent. I grabbed it and pulled up front. I went and told the attendant and he called and a manager came out. This little Asian lady named Wendy or windy came out. She had a horrible attitude. I told her what happened and she says if well you would be shocked how many times this Happens. It's just normal wear. I was like umm no. She then says oh it's just plastic you can pop it back. I show her it's all metal and Ann bent. She then says let me try. She couldn't move it. She says like oh well it happens. I tell her I want the owners contact info. She says oh you won't win this. Many have tried. You will lose. She had a bitchy attitude. I told her go get the info. I'll let lawyers handle it. She says again all sarcastic. You won't win. She then goes into her office and never comes back. I waited 45 minutes and asked the attendant and he finally said oh she says she will not give you the owners info and she's not coming back out. lol. What kind of POs manager acts like this. I always come to this Shell station to get gas but you lost a customer tonight. A tall, lanky, white guy came up to me and said that I was blocking the "gentleman" behind me. I was actually waiting for him to leave for several minutes but he was taking his sweet time. There was no line behind him so I don't see any reason that I was not allowed to pump gas at an unoccupied pump. So I left without finishing pumping a full tank of gas to let the gentleman behind me leave. And just as I enter my car the truck beside me was leaving as well and the gentleman behind me could've just waited for a few minutes and pass through there. But nooo, you had to tell another person actively pumping gas to stop what they are doing so you could pass through and leave. The entitlement of some people I cannot fathom. read more

This is the best Shells around. I find the price here to be relatively competitive. An added edge to the competition is that this Shells offers a drastically huge discount (more than your fuel rewards) on your gas if you purchase a carwash. You can't stack the savings however, such as use your rewards and the carwash discounts. The carwash is all right. Doesn't clean super nice but good for a quick weekly clean. Also it's nice that it's open 24/7 as well. Have you ever washed your car at 2am before? I bet not but here your dreams will come true. If you go during the day you'll probably have to wait in a line and by the time you finish the carwash you need to pump your gas again. But then you can get another carwash so it's okay! Why am I writing a review for a gas station when I'm running late to class? Well that's just how great this gas station is! Also idgaf about my class. They also decorate.
