I was on a road trip yesterday from Sacramento to Spokane, and so obviously I had to stop in Bend for some gas. I pulled up and got ready to hop out and fill my car with gas as usual, when a gas station attendant ran up to fill my car for me. I was so confused why this man was asking me for my card and what gas I wanted, but after he explained that he pumps the gas for me, It made sense. He was super friendly and helpful which is what prompted me to write this. That was such a weird, but nice experience. I figured it was an Oregon thing but the next two locations I stopped at, I had to pump the gas myself. So I very confused as to when I'm supposed to let someone pump the gas for me vs. me doing it myself. But overall, great service, cheaper prices than most of the other places I've driven through, and they pump it for you. read more

All pumps down. No staff available to assist, despite open sign. No window squeegee/washer. No sale. Welcome to self serve in Oregon. :(

It's still a 4 star station when it's open. Cheaper quick service and an extremely convenient location. Problem is that all the pumps say they're inoperable. Or stopped working. Many have tried to go to the next island but they're all down right now. I'd recommend using another station until the revere station gets fixed. Otherwise it's a good station. read more

BEWARE!!! Do not waste your time or money!! * 2 Employees complained about customers in front of other customers. Unprofessional. * Owner is EXTREMELY rude (along with the 2 other older men that were with him). * Overcharged at the pump, tried to fix with this location. No help! Had dispute on my end with bank. Absolutely horrible and rude service. Today 3/11/24 at about 3 pm this afternoon the heavy set bearded attendant wearing a tan Carhartt talking to customers with an attitude. He had one young lady almost in tears he was being so rude mocking her for not being able to pump her own gas. He was yelling at another customer for something that I couldn't hear. I always appreciate the people that do this job. it's hot and miserable and low pay. Everything was good on my last visit until the gas attendant starting chatting up another customer and it turned into a loud hate fest. I guess he doesn't know how sound works. And maybe you shouldn't say out loud that people who hate Trump hate America, because last I checked, in America, where we have a DEMOCRACY you can vote for whoever you want. That's the point. It's not called "agree with me or else". If you don't like democracy than it's YOU who hates America? right? anyway, never going to this particular gas station again. which is weird because I'm a Chevron shareholder. I'm happy with Chevron making money (so don't call me a snowflake or other perjorative for liberals), but this particular station isn't going to make money off me. It is not open when it says it is, due to staffing. I understand there's a severe staffing issue, which is a real shame because it'd be so much better if people would go back to work instead of having all these handouts, but it's a real bummer when you get somewhere and it's closed when it says it's open. read more

As a born and raised Californian, the idea that one just sits in their car and has gas pumped for them is a bit bizarre. But sit is what I did as the lovely attendant tended to the pump. Awkward pleasantries were exchanged as the young attendant shared his story of growing up in not so safe parts of Southern California once he learned where we were from. Not much else to write home about. It took a surprisingly short time to fill the car with 16 gallons of gas and we were soon on our merry way. read more

Went to buy gas and harassed by an employee named Marcos who refused to pump gas saying we already pumped it ourselves and had been there for an hour. We had only been there15min just long enough to buy groceries. The whole time we waited to actually get our gas (we had to go inside to get the help of the cashier who then has to do Marcos job for him) we are being heckled and cussed at by the tweaked out Mr Marcos at a point even telling me to step out of the vehicle to fight him. I will never return as long as tweaked out Marcos is working there we are long time customers so it is disappointing to know someone like him was hired to work anywhere. read more

Gas pumper said he was not authorized to pump gas WTF. Didn't realize this until after he ran my card and left nozzle in vehicle.

Justin at this Chevron is awesome! Great customer service, washed ALL my windows and asked if I had any trash to be thrown away!! I will definitely come here again for gas! read more
