In the 16 years I've been filling up here I have only had two incidents where the attendants were rude. Today is as the one that means I will not go back there. I pulled up and noticed they were pretty busy, and started the process of entering in my data into the pump. A short time passed with attendants walking by without assisting me, so I began pumping myself since it appeared they were too busy to help. Once I did that, a young man decided to confront me about it and when I informed him I was trying to be helpful since they appeared busy - he scowled and began behaving like he was angry and became confrontational about the situation. He continued to press the issue with me, and then decided to pull the nozzle and tell me to leave. He then decided he would take a photo of my license plate and then proceeded to tell me to get my "beat up ass truck" out of there, and he was going to make sure I couldn't get gas there again. As I was trying to leave to he continued his harassment from across the station and at that point I took a photo of him which then triggered another employee to get involved and they both continued to attempt to intimidate me with a show of force. I will be sending the photo and this review to whomever operates that station. It's a bummer because I really like a few of the people who work there and have become friendly with them over the years. read more

Although the gas is cheap here (5 stars for that), the lady (they) who pumps the gas was very insecure and rude! We left and went to the CHEVRON at SE Division instead, where the service was absolutely great! read more

Service was fast and professional. The pumps are clean and seemed fully functional. Prices were better than the local competitors. Shout outs to the attendant who denied service to the person in front of me for using hurtful language. This is a good gas station, maybe the best in town. read more

If I could give zero stars I would. Employee was smoking a cigarette and shaking his head without saying anything, was rude and yelled across the pumps saying "there's a cone there for a reason" instead of trying to help us in anyway he was snarky and rude because he didn't want to do his job and wanted to finish his cigarette. Never again. Tourists, stay far away. I'm on a road trip with my dad and my husband. I was driving, Dad was in the passenger seat, Husband was in the back. Gas station attendant approached my truck, Dad asked if we were supposed to give him his debit card to pump the gas. We're from California, so we weren't sure. The guy jokingly said "yeah, you give me your debit card and then I go across the street and get a burger. Want anything?" Okay, that one's forgivable. We're tired, it's late. He then looked into the back seat and asked how old my husband is. We both answered, thirty. He asked if he collects cans and bottles because he's got three dollars worth sitting "right over there". When the gas finished, my dad asked for a receipt. The guy stood at my window "joking" and talking about his cans and bottles for so long the option to get a receipt went away. My dad asked if he could get us one. He said we could go inside to get one ourselves, then wandered off to help someone else. read more

Would give negative stars if I could. Attendant came to my window coughing and in my face. I leaned away as I handed him my credit card. As he continued coughing (not once did he ever turn his head or cover his mouth). As was inserting the nozzle he is leaning on side of my truck hacking into bed of my truck! I looked in my mirror and I really thought he either was or was about to vomit in the bed. And yes he put a scratch in my truck. Guessing from a belt buckle. As gas pumps he walks back and forth with a constant uninterrupted coughing. He comes back to the window and continues to cough/hack in my face. I asked him if he would step away and maybe cover his mouth. He walks into the store. Pump stops and he is nowhere in sight. I get out of my truck and another attendant on other side of pump came over to remove nozzle and give me my receipt. I mentioned the coughing and he says "they don't know what is wrong with that guy". Others from station watched most of this event. So THEY knew this was going on. So why was he allowed to continue?! I tried after I returned home to call 800 number on receipt to complain. Three times I was disconnected. No I wasn't screaming, ect. Wasn't the operator's fault I was subjected to his mouth spray. But yet I kept getting disconnected. I am suurrre it was a coincidence. So I look up on line the stores number on their website. It is a Quebec phone number! Even has an outgoing message in French! I studied German in college, guess I chose wrong foreign language. I will never buy gas again from station at 304 NE Greenwood. Really wish I didn't spend $92.89 yesterday, 9 June. read more

I'm actually surprised that this Arco station has such bad reviews. Maybe it's because it was the first time that I ever pumped up gas in Oregon, but I had a pretty decent experience filling up. Like all gas stations in Oregon, the employees come up to you, take you card, ask you what gas you want, and then fill it up before letting you go on your way. The guy who came up to us was very friendly, approachable, and chill. Perhaps it was just early in the morning, but we had a decent conversation about the gas culture here and how it was only in Oregon and New Jersey that had those pump laws. Overall, a very positive experience. Gas was also very cheap here. Add that to the great service (he even cleaned our windshield!) and you got a perfect experience. Have fun and prosper, read more

Rudest employee I have ever encountered. He saw me drive in ignored me, serviced 3 cars that came in after me and than Informed me "never rush me again you old lady". I never said anything except "please fill my tank" and when he finally came back after it was filled, and making sure he kept me waiting again,he said the above. I have been buying gas at this location since we moved here 13 years ago. Wayne and Patrick are great guys and joke around with them quite often. Today a young gal gave me huge attitude because I hung up the nozzle myself. She kept repeating "It's against the law", over and over. I just read the restrictions online and she is correct, if a gas station is located in a community of less than 40,000 the customer may pump their own gas. I have returned the nozzle to the pump many times at this station and no one ever said that I shouldn't. Sorry Wayne and Patrick I won't be coming back to your station until this impudent know-it-all is gone. read more

This place sucks, I work nights and often used stop here for gas but multiples time I have gotten there during "shift change" and not joking I have waited 25+min for them to change employees multiple times. I have no idea of why it takes 25min when its a 5min swap. I would recommend going elsewhere. read more

There are some bad seeds there but it seems alright most the time. It's no secret my fiancé works there but even after that I do have negative feelings about some employees due to their rather odd attitudes. We do get our gas there often and it works well for us, but the only huge complaint is a lack of consistency from the company to their employees. That's all I gotta say. read more

Just after moving to Bend, we went to this Arco to refill the UHaul. There were a few cones randomly placed at one end of the row of pumps, so my boyfriend asked it he could fill up there. The attendant immediately started yelling at him and being incredibly rude. He then taunted my boyfriend by saying "what are you going to do about it??" wanting him to get out of the truck and fight. What the hell?? We just wanted to fill the uhaul up after a mega exhausting day of moving. Needless to say we got the hell out of there and filled up at the shell down the street. They informed us that it happens all the time. Zero class at this Arco, these attendants absolutely should not be working in the service industry. And if this is a recurring problem, I'd guess the management is awful too. Avoid at all costs! read more

We are extremely upset with the negative service that my wife and I have received tonight, not once but twice by the same attendant on different occasions, different days. We drive an older Volkswagen and the attendant has spilt gas all over my fender twice. Not a little but quite a bit of fuel was spilt not only on my car but on the ground and pump. He's either in a hury or just doesn't care. I myself work at a gas station and I make damn sure I don't get fuel on anyone's car, truck etc. I went in to complain and the lady behind the counter could give a rats ass on what I had to say, so I'm contacting corporate and seeing what can be done with this pore ass service we have received twice. read more

I would not use this station to fuel my car ever again. The attendant told me to get out of my car to use my card started the fueling told me to take my receipt when complete. Ok I think weird but ok. So when it finishes I put the nozzle back take my receipt. As in getting in my car to leave he starts yelling at me to never touch the gas pump nozzle or not bother to come back. Why would you want your customers treated that way.
