Holy full service with a show bat man! This place is amazing! The keep the traffice flowing, moving cars where they need them. They are friendly funny, attentive and there is a dum dum lolly pop at the end! I would go back just to enjoy the friendly nature of the staff and to see them run through their routine with the cars! They ask you multiple times for any trash from in your car, they clean the windsheild, top off the tank, run your credit card and all very very quickly and efficiently. This place is a full service gas station as well as a mini mart with hot case. Breakfast items such as biscuits and gravy and mcmuffin style sandwiches, breakfast burritos etc make way for lunch items such as chicken strips and corn dogs. There's also a decent beer selection as well as coffee machines that serve freshly ground brew. The gas prices are a bit high, everything else is normal convenience store prices. read more

I can't even tell you how awesome this staff is! Nancy turned the pumps back on and prevented us from having to stay the night when it wasn't scheduled. Connor came and pumped the gas and made sure we could use the restrooms. And Juan let us grab some refreshments. Every one of them wished us safe travels and went above and beyond with their customer service AFTER HOURS! I cannot believe I just experienced that level of hospitality and customer service at a gas station. This place was packed as it's 1 of 2 gas stations before you take i20 for 120 miles. The 76 pumps were broken so EVERYONE came here, while the propane refill truck happened to be there too. Updating Mark's review, the sublet restaurant in Stop and Go is now Baldy's BBQ. Which I think is another great addition to this place. Nice to have good BBQ on the Eastside of town. However, the real reason I am commenting here is to give a big "High Five" to Scott, the night shift manager, and his outstanding customer service. This past week, we learned that Stop and Go started carrying "chicken on a stick" which for mini-mart fare....can be rather tasty. Long and short of it, we left work late last night and I asked my wife if she just wanted to swing by Stop and Go, grab some chicken on a stick and head home. We pulled in about 8:15 last night and passing by Scott, who was working the register, we asked if there was any chicken on a stick left. He quickly commented, "No. Not really." And sure enough there were a couple of sticks in the cardboard float trays. To which Scott further said, "You really don't want those. They are old and will be really chewy and dry. However, if you guys are ever in this situation again, just call ahead and we'll have some fresh ones done for you right away!" He then confirmed with one of the cooks that it takes about 20 mins lead time but that YES....they could definitely have some ready for us if we call ahead. Scott then wrote down the phone number and handed it to us. So here is the deal, I just thought that was outstanding customer service for a mini-mart. Way to go on being honest about the quality of the chicken currently available. Then going the "extra mile" by telling us to call ahead and providing the phone number. All with a smile and a genuine attitude of caring and helpfulness. Even though we ended up not buying anything THIS time around, we'll be back. read more

A gas station-where the attendants dress like an old school ice cream shop. They wear a white outfit and hat. Large convenience store and beer selection with a cave. The best part, 30 some taps, for growlers to go. You may have up to 2 pints here, but no more than that. Brilliant beer selection. Very friendly, happy staff. No Oregon Lotto, though. Not the best gas prices, but certainly convenient location from where I was at while visting town. Still takes a bit for this Calfornian to try to remember that in Oregon one does not pump her or his own fuel--not so difficult when the uniformed station clerks (looking much more "sailor-ish" than any other uniformed personnel) are easy on the eyes, if you get my drift. I really tried to make this 4.5 stars, but my phone won't work. Okay here they actually have tasty food at a mini-market. Their chicken is delicious. Today I was craving one of their yummy breakfast sandwiches. I arrived at 11:00 and they had sold out. They were putting out burgers so l grabbed a jalapeño bacon burger. I give this burger 5 stars. It had a ton of perfectly cooked bacon and cream cheese and spicy jalapeños. Don't be afraid to give their snacks a try, you're going to be pleasantly surprised! read more

We have been customers here for years. Both my boys even worked here years ago. Our experience yesterday, 2/25/21, far exceeds any customer service ever. We hit a strong headwind coming back to Bend towing our 32' travel trailer. Our truck said we had 150 miles to empty when we left Burns however we lost mileage due to the wind. About 8 miles out of town on hwy 20 we ran out of gas. I called Stop n Go and asked if there was anyone there that would be able to bring us some fuel. Kent himself loaded up 5 gallons and brought it out to us. We have always loved coming here because they give full service and it is a quick stop. This has solidified our loyalty for life. Thank you Kent and Kizer and all the employees there for the amazing customer service that goes above and beyond. You guys are the best! read more

Most expensive gas station in town. Sure they are cheerful, they wear 50's styled uniforms, and clean your windshield for you but is that really worth $.30+ more a gallon? They also charge $1.50 for air. What a rip off. I will never support them again. read more

Stop and Go Mini Mart is the best gas station in all of Bend!!! They go above and beyond every time. Here are just a few of the perks: 1. they call you by name 2. wash your windows (every time) 3. recently, they have started to offer to take any trash that may be laying around the car 4. smiles on their faces all the time 5. hard working staff 6. they are sharply dressed in uniforms that throw back to a different decade The one downside is that they are so busy it is a trick getting the car in line, but the staff plays traffic control so it all works out! read more

This is the best gas stop in the west coast. It was my birthday when we pulled up for gas and the attendant, Edward, smiled and told us not to leave. He ran inside and brought us out five ice cream cones, one for me and each of my friends. Everyone was so lovely. This is the first (and perhaps last) time that I have reviewed a gas station / mini-mart, but from the moment we arrived to fill up, we knew that this was a special place. Their customer service is INCREDIBLE. This must have been what gas/service stations were like in the 1950s... when "full service" lived up to its name. The gas attendants were extremely friendly. Unfortunately, there were so many cars waiting to purchase gas, it was a complete mess. We were blocked in there for 15 minutes while the cars ahead of us were having their tanks filled. It was so packed and blocked off, that the cars at the pumps had to back up, and drive in reverse like an obstacle course through the cars waiting in line.. A couple of trucks with trailers even attempted to back out to get out of there. While we were waiting, one of the attendants was nice enough to wash our front window. Once we finally got up to the pump, they filled up the tank in less than a minute. Unfortunately, we sat there for another 10 minutes while the pump remained hanging out of the tank. The attendant washed the windshield for the 2nd time while the car was filling up. After our tank was filled, we had to sit there and wait, while the attendant filled the gas tanks of all of the other cars sitting at the pumps and washed their windshields, tended to their garbage, etc. After waiting there for several minutes, another attendant attempted to wash our windshield. While nice, I told him thank you, but it wasn't necessary to do for a 3rd time. When he finally pulled the nozzle out of the tank and finished the transaction, we had to drive up over the grass and around all of the other vehicles trapped in the lot. Remind me not to live in a state where I am not allowed to pump my own gas. Sitting there for that long, for a few gallons of gas was completely unnecessary. read more
