I was getting real close to E, and we all know that's does not mean everlasting. And I sure didn't want to be that person causing a further backup on 520W! This location has also a mini mart and car wash tunnel adjacent to the gas pumps. There are some other businesses onsite, but all are kind of hidden by trees and shrubbery along Novelty Hill Road. Well maintained, clean, and felt safe at the pump. Regular gas was a bit more expensive at $4.70 per gallon (vs Costco or Safeway, closer to $4). However, better to be prepared than the alternative.

The proceeds went to an organization called "Feed the starving children" - hopefully they sell enough compressed air to make a difference. Two lanes of pumps, one on either side of the mini mart so it facilitates people moving on through. The actual mini mart is standard. The gal was friendly and they're located just down the street from Redmond town center so it was easy to fill up 10 minutes before a meeting. Hard to get super excited about a gas station, but at least here you can fill your tires up too!

(Btw, they won't take that charge off the total bill either if they do the car work, it is a flat fee) When taking with the manager Rocky about this, and reminding him I had paid them a year ago $3800 for a new transmission on this car, and that I had been a very regular customer for over 10 years and that I was not happy about that high of a charge, he wouldn't budge repeating that my husband had approved it. I also wasn't happy how they embarrassed me by refusing to let the tow truck take the car off while I discuss the bill with Curt and Rocky the next day. Is this how you treat your 10+ year customers who had recently paid you $3800? Embarrass them and hold their car hostage? It's not like you don't know I live up the road under a mile away, have had my address and credit card info for all those years. It's not like I or my husband don't go into your place almost every single day. Well Rocky, you have lost my business completely. We were daily customers for gas, cigarettes, occasional beverages, etc. Hope that extra $100 you charged me was worth it. The cost of the gas is pretty standard affordable and they have 50 Cent vacuums which is much less expensive than the brown bear and you get a hand dried car wash. From what I understand it's mostly a family run car wash gas station and I've almost always had great luck here it can be crowded on busy days but that just means there have a great product

However, this car wash is not managed properly. The store closes the car wash whenever they want, long before closing the store. To make things much worse, the car wash pay machine at the entrance swallows cash even when the car wash is already closed - basically, when the store closes the car wash, they don't shut down the pay machine. So, you make the payment - and the gate does not open, which is when you realize that the car wash is already closed, but you inserted the cash already. Now you have to leave, loosing your $15 in the pay machine, and there is no cancel option. This sort of management is highly misleading, and rather inappropriate.

The parking can be tricky at times, but I am always able to find a place to park. . A few time while fueling I had trouble with the pumps, but that happens everywhere and with a simple reset and things worked well. There Deli is Fresh and I like the chicken with Jo Jo's most of all, but once and awhile, when the store isn't too busy, I have the cashier whip me a nice beef or turkey sandwich to go with a fresh hot cup of coffee.. .
