I didn't see a key available, so I asked the manager for help. Instead of assisting me, the manager responded by calling me "blind" in Spanish, which I understood. I found that comment disrespectful and completely unnecessary. All I was asking for was access to the restroom, and there was no reason to speak to a customer that way. Basic courtesy and professionalism were missing in this interaction. the manager (Ashley) was dismissive and unprofessional. I will contact Store Mng. [C] Instead of trying to resolve the situation, they spoke in a rude tone and acted like I was inconveniencing them.
