Multiple poor occasions here. A friend of mine I was with was trying to pay for something with his EBT and they weren't letting him. Second occasion recently, my dad was trying to cash in his lottos yesterday and there was one that was a definite winner. The cashier was saying it wasn't a winner and was throwing it away. Needed propane for my Class A RV. I like that this station has plenty of room to pull in with my RV and I can easily pull up to Propane station. They would not fill my tank because I cannot remove the propane cylinder. WHAT! My tank, valves are are so easy to get to. Don't understand this policy. read more

After filling gasoline, the machine told me to go inside to get my receipt, it wouldn't print out. And my gas meter didn't go up even a bit. Cheat gas station. Don't ever come here for gas or you just lose your money. ****Update: Brian, the manager there, said he didn't know how my car gas tank work but he couldn't do anything, also said it's just my car's problem. I went to Costco and paid for a full tank of gas right after. Meant the pump here didn't put any gasoline into my tank but their machine was running and taking my money. This station does not enforce Fresno county orders. There were 7 customers in the little convenience store and we were the only two wearing masks. Stop here for snacks, lotto tickets or get Mexican food. I saw a picture on yelp (taken over a year ago) of two sales associates sitting on the counter playing on their cell phones, I remember stopping by when this occurred. I also recall thinking if this behavior was allowed by their manager. However, the associates now are friendlier and greet you as you walk in. Service is fast, couple of female workers will remember you and hold a short conversation. read more

I plan to change my review to 5 stars after you teach all employees to grind Carmel Valley coffee or just put beans in a bag. Three different employees claimed ignorance to a request for a bag of coffee. I will offer free training if you would like. This has to be the cleanest and nicest gas station around. I went in today and wasn't greeted by either cashier. I went to pay and another woman came in asking if her card worked for the gas pump and one of the cashiers rudely said "ya it worked" the lady walked out and the entire time I was checking out both cashiers kept talking badly about the customer, calling her rude names and ignoring us completely while we were right in front of them. I cannot believe anyone can be so rude in front of customers. I will never be back and will be waiting for a call from a manager. read more

Don't want to give a star at all! After purchasing cigarettes along with a soda I figured the sodas were more than most places so I looked at my receipt. I was charged almost a dollar more than what sign showed. I asked if it was the price when you buy two packs. Clerk said no. I said that he charged me more than what sign said. He rudely told me he doesn't make the prices. I obviously know that so I laughed. He said it must be a mistake. He never took the sign down as he should of being it was a mistake as he said. I am done with this station as my go to for coffee. This has happened the last 4 times. They are always out of coffee or it is dead cold, also the creamer is always completely out. I asked the if they could refill the coffee and creamer and i waited 10 minutes and then the lady went back to the register and never brought anything back. I walked out and will never come back. I asked kindly if she could refill it and her response, "I cant do everything". Well if you cant do everything then why dont you get any help??? I have not purchased anything at this store for more than a year because I moved to the other side of town. I drove by this area today. I did not stop or purchase anything from either the gas station or store. I just got a report from my bank that 5 different charges tried to go through. The company reported was Garret inc. I am pretty sure no good is going on here. read more
