The staff seems to have a high turnover and some staff do not seem to use common sense. Not to mention my drink orders are not made consistently. Also - the pick the shortest line is ridiculous because you cannot see which line is shortest when getting in line. The other day I guessed and the one I picked had 5 cars in it but the other side had zero. Meanwhile it was too hot for someone to stand outside but then it cooled down and the person came out and took the order of the car that zoomed into the empty line even though the person saw what happened.
