I am very happy to say that the vehicle looks PERFECT following the repairs performed by Classic Collision! I am OCD when it comes to my car. This makes me particularly hard to deal with.... However, the team and management at the local Classic Collision branch in Magnolia were amazing. They were professional, knowledgeable, and very polite. I could tell they took pride in their work. After dealing with the shop, they have earned my trust. I will absolutely use this shop for any future body-work/repair needs! I was also told to email Todd the owner to let him know exactly what needed to be done and to schedule an appointment. I emailed Todd on March 14. Never heard back. On April 11, I sent a message via the shop's website. A couple days later, I received a response from Todd to let me know they had received the message and he would respond that week. Never received any response, and that was the last response I received. I am completing this review on July 23. You would think when driving across town to the shop to schedule an appointment, completing a new customer form and following the instructions they gave me that I would be able to get on an appointment list. Apparently not. I just assumed they had all of the business they needed, and certainly didn't want mine.
