I am writing this review for Classic Collision in Magnolia! I think they changed their name.... My baby (car) got into a minor accident, and needed body work for repairs. I am very happy to say that the vehicle looks PERFECT following the repairs performed by Classic Collision! I am OCD when it comes to my car. This makes me particularly hard to deal with.... However, the team and management at the local Classic Collision branch in Magnolia were amazing. They were professional, knowledgeable, and very polite. I could tell they took pride in their work. After dealing with the shop, they have earned my trust. I will absolutely use this shop for any future body-work/repair needs! Also, after reviewing the repair bill, the prices they charge for the high quality work is very reasonable!! Highly recommended this shop! read more

Searched for a Collision repair for my Infinity. Saw that Signature Collision had great reviews, and well I wonder why! Dustin came out to do an evaluation! Completely went over and beyond customer service! Dustin explained the repair and also wanted to fix some clear coat that came off my hood and fender! I was so AMAZED and made my little heart happy that he wanted my truck to look spectacular!! Horrible, absolutely horrible. I had a front end accident late summer 2014. I took it to them knowing their reputation, but was completely taken aback by the service I received. My service rep was Manny. When I first got it back, they had put the wrong grill on. It was chrome instead of black. That should have been my first clue as to how much of shotty job they did. About a week and a half later I notice a rattle coming from my front end. They forgot to put on the frame-clips onto the headlights and running lights. About a month later I hear another weird noise coming from my front end. After not being able to figure out what it was, I took it to the dealer. They said and showed me where Signature had simply "forgotten" to reinstall the CORE SUPPORT BOLTS. You know the one that mounts the core to the frame of the truck. I go to school in Tyler, but was in Houston for the summer. The dealer wanted $500.00 and was willing to give Manny a discount, but he refused to fork out the money for their mistake. Instead he forced me to drive all the way back to them so they could fix. A four hour drive. I will never use them, again, and I sure as hell won't recommend them to anyone. read more

I can't recommend this place enough. Had some damage done to my drivers side door, called state farm and found out that Signature Collision was a select service provider. Called Signature and they made this process a breeze! They took care of the claim info, pix, everything involved in the process and they even set up my rental car for me. They work with an Enterprise Rental car office that is attached to their building. Heather called me with updates on progress every day and the finished product was beautiful! My husband and a rather large whitetail doe recently had a bad meeting on the highway. There was substantial damage to the drivers side of his truck. We brought it to Signature after asking around about collision repair services and everyone recommended them. I can tell you that I will never go anywhere else! Even if we moved away and I had to drive hours, I would bring my vehicle back for repair if it ever required it. From the first phone call to the follow up card they mailed to my house, I couldn't have been happier with a business. You can just tell walking in the door that they are family and locally owned. There is a great pride in their service from the waiting area, condition of the shop and everywhere else in between. I tend to think of my vehicles as very special loved ones so I stopped by often in the two weeks it was there to check up and every single time I was welcomed and shown around. Manny the manager is the nicest person you will ever meet and very knowledgeable about everything the body shop entails. He even gave me his personal cell phone number and told me to call if I had any questions or concerns. He definitely goes above and beyond to make sure the customer feels they are #1 during and after the repair. I cannot say enough about how incredibly impressed I was and still am with how easy it was getting all of the repairs made on my truck. The repairs themselves make it look like nothing ever happened to my vehicle and that is what anyone would hope for when they take a vehicle in for body repair. Even with a couple of hiccups in the supply of certain needed parts, I had my truck back within the quoted time frame I was given at the beginning of repairs. Absolutely amazing. My husbands truck was hit in a parking lot a few months ago so we brought it to signature collision. when we met Manny he was so helpful through the whole ordeal which is a breath of fresh air when dealing with insurance company's. we got our truck back in a week which is amazing given the amount of damage on the back end Manny maid it a point to call and give us updates on everything. we are so happy with the service we received there. I have used Signature Collision twice and the service and work performed was excellent. I have had two accidents when vacationing in Michigan, neither were my fault. I was able to drive my vehicle back after the first accident and Signature handled the repairs. On the second accident the damage was more extensive, so the vehicle was repaired in Michigan. All seemed ok but when I had the car serviced prior to another trip to Michigan the wheel alignment was off. I took the car to two places and both said it was a minor issue and likely due to the settings. I then went to Signature, provided them with the alignment numbers and they immediately put it on the lift and noticed a slightly bent strut. Parts were ordered, and in a few days we were ready to go. Communication with Hope and Manny was excellent and the car drives great. Definitely recommend Signature Collision! read more

Signature collision is the place to take your auto for repair and paint work. I have had work done by them two different times and could not be more pleased with the quality of their work, the way they make you feel comfortable knowing your vehicle is in good hands. The turn around time was awesome as well not to mention how fast they followed up afterwards being sure I was happy with every part of the project and service. My truck is a one of a kind with two different colors and patterns on it which I know was hard to match everything back up the way it was and it was absolutely perfect. The paint looks like a quality paint job should, super shiny and no orange peal what so ever! The shop is very clean and organized as well. The staff is very friendly and cares about the way you feel and makes sure they provide the best service possible. They have all my future business and overall has been the best body shop experience I've ever had. Don't waste your time anywhere else give them a call. read more

I am so disappointed in my auto repairs. State Farms suggested SCServices. I was assured of good service , but that was not the case. Heather was in charge of State Farms repairs at SCServices . I picked up my Toyota and after inspecting I found the windshield washer was not working and parts under my hood for a gasket clips were missing. Also my horn was not working properly. I had to stop in and show shop manager, Mannie . He apologize for repairs not being completed. He did rectify my repairs, the next morning.! They were going to put me into a rental and while waiting to get into a new rental they completed repairs. Would I recommend this shop??? Heather needs to get a check list in place and make sure parts are working and completed before she releases auto to customers and not want to stay on time to impress and insurance company. I diffently would not recommend this shop . So that is a HUGE NO!!!!! read more
