I experienced two frustrating incidents during a single visit to this Chevron: Incident 1 - Paying for gas: When I first approached the register, no one was there. The attendant was standing near the store entrance, engaged in conversation with another employee. She saw me walk up but continued talking, leaving me waiting unnecessarily before she finally came over to take my payment. Incident 2 - Collecting my change: After pumping gas, I returned to the register. The attendant had already started processing another customer's order when that customer decided to exchange an item. Rather than canceling the transaction and reprocessing it, she made me stand there and wait until the customer returned with the exchanged goods. Both situations reflect poor judgment and a lack of respect for customers' time. I strongly suggest management review their service protocols. read more

As soon as we walk in Aaron is following us around the store like we already did something wrong. I literally saw him pick something up from the counter and put it in the same spot he got it from. I don't know if he was already in a hissy fit mood but me and my friends were just walking up and down the isles and of course my friends are grabbing things to see if they wanna buy it I had to get medicine and my friends were looking for snacks. They tend to feel the bag to see if the quantity of chips is worth buying. My (black) friends hand touched the chips mind you he has a heavy hand he was gonna buy the chips and then Aaron (the cashier) said and I quote "can y'all not be touching shit on the fucking isles and putting it back?" Of course my friends get defensive and say who tf is he talking to because that was rude and they thought he was talking to me so they got defensive. Then proceeded to tell me and my bf that he "always sees them do this shit" my friends do NOT live up here they live in grand terrace. They have not been there for almost a month and he's accusing them of that. VERY RUDE and didn't even provide me a managers number! read more

I've had too many issues with this Chevron and I'm only giv8ng it a review because the issues have not been fixed. I've complained many times to different cashiers about their soda machine always having issues from no ice, to clear carbonated water. I've literally waited weeks to see if they would replace the cakes on the back wall because they were obvious hard and old. I finally took one to the cashier and after telling her to feel how hard they were and explain people can get sick she proceeded to ask me if I still wanted it. I told her to inform the owner, which she didn't. That day I purchased two cokes from the fridge, which were on sale two for five. I live 20 minutes away and when I opened the coke to drink, it was old to the point of having a bad taste with no carbonation. I hate to waste my money. I called a few times with no luck getting through. Today I went by there to get my mother a drink out the fountain, but the coke was carbonated, so I got her Pepsi. I cashed out, but also made the cashier aware of my soda issue from the fridge. She made an excuse for everything, even blaming it on the Coke Company who delivers the sodas. I believe they aren't communicating the complaints to the owner so I asked for a a phone number to complain myself. She told me there is no number. The cashier had an I don't care attitude and was not helpful. She did not seem concerned about fixing the issues at the store. You cannot sell old products and think you can just take people money. If you plan on succeeding, you have to do better by providing quality products in exchange for profit. read more

wow!! Super clean bathrooms. Love that they have all the super trendy fun snacks.. my kids have been wanting to try the "chamoy pickles" they had the whole chamoy pickle kit!! They also have tons of fun Asian candies! the lady up front at the register was also super friendl!! over all great place to stop get Gas and some snacks for the drive! read more

My main frustration with this gas station is that they NEVER provide you with a receipt at the pump. As someone with a disability it's extremely frustrating. read more

When this place changed to a Chevron a little while ago, I was excited because the previous station (shell or 76) was so much more expensive than other stations. I have small transportation business and used to fill up here before going back home every other day. Unfortunately, this place is beginning to become that way. There are other chevrons on my route that charge 20 cents less for regular right now and don't charge extra for credit. The location is convenient I guess. read more

The staff is very rude. Men talk down to Female customers. They rush the car wash workers with your car. This place used to have a high standard of detail when cleaning your car. Now they rushed the worker and close early. Make up their own hours at the car wash. And then when you ask for cash back, they need their money is what I am told. First I was told I cannot use Apple Pay to get cash back. Then he stamped my receipt paid with red ink, and starred me down trying to intimidate me. Well it worked fir a few seconds. Then u said what happened to treating the customer with respect, he you don't deserve respect. I asked him his name. OK, then I use cash to break a 20 I bought something small and he would not give me small bills. I only asked for small bills to tip the car wash workers after washing my car. This guy was so rude and talk down to me and said you don't understand I need my money. I said oh I just don't want a large bill I need small bills like fives so i can tip the Works. It's fine I said I'll just give them a 10 dollar bill. His facial gestures showed discontent. Lol He would not give me fives. He very aggressively stamped my car wash receipt paid whit red ink and just started me down again.Then he said I said OK and I took my money and then he just looked at me and I said thank you and then he sarcastically back, said thank you I said well I don't feel a genuine. Thank you from you. He says well you're not welcome. I said you're not welcome either and he stared me down. He's about twice my size 3 times my way, and he stared me down. I just turned around and left. I will not be visiting this establishment again. Now looking for a new place to wash my car. Thank you Patrick. You made my decision easy. Best gas station ever all the employees there are amazing people and very nice and friendly

The cashiers are very helpful, I've seen people get mad because they don't have change or can't take a $100 bill at the beginning of their shift! But they are not a bank people!!! They carry limited amount in the register!! That's how all stores work!! The cashiers do their best with what they have and the bathrooms are always so clean when I go, it's the people that dirty it and treat it like crap that ruin it for the rest of us Clearly the ones giving bad reviews about change have never worked retail so don't fret, this is a good gas station especially in San Bernardino! let's keep it that way!! read more
