We pulled over to a gas station in the edge of King City to try and put air back in the tire. As the tire filled back up, we could hear air hissing out. The 7-11 lady was nice enough to call these guys for us. We drove the 2 miles over. When they took the tire out to inspect, we could see that it was slashed on two spots. We must've driven over a piece of scrap metal or something! Within 15 mins, they had replaced and rebalanced all 4 tires. And we were back on the road again! Considering we were in a pinch, I was wholly expected to get fleeced. These guys were honest and charged us what Costco would've charged us for new tires and installations. We asked them to dispatch whoever was available, and thankfully, Leyva's Towing arrived within 20 minutes--a lifesaver compared to the long wait times from other services. Our tow truck driver, Manuel, was incredibly kind, helpful, and reassuring. From the moment he arrived, he made sure we felt safe and taken care of, which made all the difference in such a stressful situation. He got us to the tire shop smoothly, and everything went off without a hitch.
