Easy on and off from freeway. We stop here instead of the other options because the place is bigger, more calm to get gas at the pumps, and the convenience store has a good selection of snacks and drinks. The place has a restroom, though I noticed in the ladies stall there are gaps next to the door that make it easy to see who is inside doing their business. So that's not comfortable... but the restroom was clean so I just tried to be quick lol! The car wash is good too if you need it. We've used it a few times, and they do have air available and also a vacuum to clean your car. Good services. read more

My car was filthy and I decided to get a car wash on the way home on 101. Found this car wash conveniently located right off the hwy. Got the top of the line car wash and it did not do much. My car was a little less filthy but not by much. read more

Chevron - Gas Stations Near Me - King City, California

I have been going here for years from SBarb to SF.....the bathrooms are by far the cleanest I have ever seen. However, the gas prices are ridiculous. I am familiar with the guys who work there and they are always nice. The 2 stars are for the price of gas; after checking #gasbuddy, it is now $5.18 per gallon, which I will not pay. I will go to ARCO at $4.53 and then to the Chevron for bathroom break/store. read more

I have been going there for yes a little pricey but good customer service restrooms the best in central California. One thing found out that air is not free just for anyone, in California its free all u want if u purchase fuel and if u do not wow its only .50cents some places its more. Do yourself a favor if on 101 North, and stop at a gas station actually in King City. Chevron's corporate office prides themselves on clean, functional restrooms but, this one is neither. I've stopped at hundreds of gas stations over my years of driving all over California and this one by far, has THE worst restroom and THE highest price for gas I think I've ever paid. The store inside is decent however and feels safe inside and out. Perhaps Chevron will dump a few $$ into this place one day because.....they need to. read more

This station sucks. Guys where mean in the station and would not let me pump up a bike tire. Wanted me deposit 50 cents to pump up tire. I explained I just wanted to see if one bike tire had a hole because we where heading on vacation and if it was flat when we got there. NOPE. Not great customer service. We always stop here and get gas. We won't be now. And will be telling all family members that stop as well. read more

Never any lines here folks. BUT be prepared to pay for some of the highest gas prices on central coast other than maybe right off highway 1. They have a car wash too. If you're trying to get some cheaper gas in king city try Arco down the street or if you like Chevron keep driving to Greenfield and go to the one on the corner of Oak ave. and El Camino real. You will save 20-30 cents per gallon there. read more

I don't normally review gas stations, but this Chevron has friendly staff, a nice grassy area if you're traveling with your four-legged family members, and a decent (though small) carwash. The main inspiration for this review; however, was their public restroom. This was the CLEANEST public restroom I have ever been in, and there were paper towels instead of those lame blowers. The towels were conveniently placed next to the door with a trash can so I could open the door with the towel (instead of my clean hands) and not attempt to shoot hoops with the towel to get it into the bin. Maybe I'm crazy, but it's the small things that count. Lastly, when I got back into the car, my husband even commented on the cleanliness of the men's room. I have had the misfortune of buying expensive gas and using the lousy car wash here. The manager is rude and stubborn. The gas is usually always a half dollar to a dollar more than the neighboring gas stations. The car wash is ill-equipped and lousy at drying the car at all unless you are lucky enough to outwit the machinery which is flawed. I asked for another run-thru to get the car dry and the rude attendant told me that it would dry in the sun. Oh yeah, of course, with lots of spots. I have rotor cuff tears and it was tough for me to dry my Toyota Corolla. The guy is still there because he's an unfriendly jerk and the management is greedy and does not care about good customer service. . read more
