Honestly since Terrible's took over back on December 16, 2021 this location has really upped their game. The employees are really friendly and the car wash itself does a much better job then the previous car wash that was here. Terrible's remodeled the interior and added a bigger gambling area. Today I finally tried the new car wash (which is a touchless & is open 24 hours, unlike the old car wash) and honestly it did a great job. I did purchase the bad guys best @ $13 and the finish results were fantastic. They no longer have guys drying off the cars which is fine but they did keep the free vacuums but they were not in operational due to either the hoses were broken or missing the crevice tool to be able to vacuum a car. I left Vegas pretty early in the morning and filled up the tank here before hitting the road. I thought that the prices were reasonably good, but probably because I come from good ol' California where the prices are about 30-40 cents per gallon higher. This gas station was well lit, but the pumps were slow as molasses. I'm hoping that their pumps aren't normally this slow. read more

The gas here is popular with medium or even low prices but also with Medium quality too. I buy no premium form here because the price is slightly higher compared to some other locations nearby. This particular location works 24/7 and luckily there no hobos or wandering people around. I am sorry saying that buy on a gas station I get robbed and now I am very careful where I am stopping. As far as petrol stations go this one isn't bad. It's relatively clean & carries a good selection of drinks. The fountain drinks area surprisingly is very well maintained & not gross. They don't carry any Snapple products. At all. If you're looking for one don't bother. As for the employees...they don't appear too worried with engaging in any small talk. I attempted...ATTEMPTED...to ask one of the cashiers if they were out of Snapple, didn't carry it, were getting it only to be ignored. She handed me my receipt & proceeded to look past me & acknowledge the person behind me in line while I was mid-sentence. Rude that one is. The car wash stays busy. It's the same price whether you buy gas or not. It does an OKAY job as an automated wash but no matter the size of your vehicle there's that bit in the back it never reaches. There is someone on duty to wipe your car down when you exit. Your code is only good for 6 days upon purchase & your receipt clearly shows the expiration in case you want to come back. Lucky cabs swarm to this car wash so you might wait awhile. Also.... The price of gas varies by about 5 cents a gallon if you're paying with cash or a Chevron card than if using a debit/credit card. I was sad when I overheard an employee say he was about to get his first customer complaint. The people that work here are some of the nicest. most polite people I know. I drop in for a soda often and they always smile and greet everyone who walks in the door. Remember they don't set the rules and if you are mad complain to corporate about CORPORATE! So happy that they opened up a brand new circle k across the street. The employees here are the slowest laziest most inconsoderate zombies ever . At 5 am every morning they shut down completely to count the money at whist change . Fine . I her stores have a system of opening up another register to keep going while they count the money in one register - but whatever . The point is they are completely shut down yet no less than four employees will watch you walk in the store , go make your selection of coffee or candy bar or whatever ...knowing full well they are shut down , and let you walk right past them without them saying a word - only to make it to the register to have them tell you they are shut down while counting money . If it was a two minute wait ? Fine ... but the employees there hardly can count without taking their shoes off . Good little gas station with relatively good prices. My favorite thing about this station is the early bird car washing specials. Two dollars off all the car washes before 9am every day and you get a free drink with this purchase as well. On several occasions they've given us two drink vouchers when there are two of us in the car. Can't get better than that. This is my friendly (work) neighborhood Gas Station. It's a block away and I prefer it to two or three other gas stations in the area. Things I like about this gas station: #1. The Staff. The staff behind the counter are pretty fun and don't hate their job like most other gas stations. They are mostly female, with a mostly male staff running the Car Wash outside. The inside counter girls are always smiling, asking everyone how there day is, and making sure that the needs of the customers are met. Almost flirtatious. #2. The Car Wash Guys are Awesome. So far searching around for the best Deal, their Highest Wash package (Deluxe?) does regular wash, rinse, wax, under carriage and foam bath for just $11. That also includes a second area, where they scrub down the wheels by hand and hand dry. I always tip the Wheels Guys a little more and they scrub that extra little bit that really makes my tires on my SUV shine! If you go early in the morning (7am-9am) I think-they have a special for just $7 for the best wash offered-plus free Vacuums! If you don't mind doing the extra little leg work inside your vehicle-you can definitely say $30 doing it at Terrible's. I usually go a dollar store and pick up basic detailing supplies and just do my own detailing #3. The sandwich shop inside is manned by a totally delightful sandwich artist named Maribel that has a great smile and is fun to talk to while she makes your sandwich! BONUS- The have a Triple Decker Peanut Butter & Jelly Sandwich for just $1.50! Get outttta HERE! All in all, I really like the service and attention to detail at this location, and though I don't know any of them as a regular, I always enjoy coming in here and think whoever is managing that location is doing a great job with their staff. I noticed there was a sign on the door that said "EBT NOT ACCEPTED HERE" and got bad vibes from the beginning - what place doesn't take food stamps in 2018?! - but I was trying to get some gallon spring water, so I went inside. They did have Arrowhead but only in a strange size of bottle (larger than a water bottle but smaller than a gallon) and it was outrageously priced at $4.99! Are you serious?? I paid less than that down the street at 7-Eleven for TWO Crystal Geyser spring water gallons. Ridiculous. I don't expect greatness when I go into a fuel station, but I at least expect some level of customer care/service. This was my final time into this place. The staff here is not very helpful and their electronics break constantly. They have cost me a total in over $1/gallon in fuel rewards over the past couple months. Always some lame a** excuse too. Today, the card reader wouldn't work so I went inside to pay. Pump ran so slow it took over 10 minutes to pump 12 gallons of fuel. Get some decent staff and upgrade your electronics to at least 1980's standards and you would be way ahead of where you are now. read more

This is my neighborhood gas station and I've gotten several car washes there. Today was no different - I pumped gas and got a car wash. Upon entering the track, something on the track caught on my bumper, ripping it off, tearing out my fog light, and tore out the splash guard on my wheel well. Of course when I brought it to their attention, they said something was already hanging down from my bumper which is impossible because it is brand new and I haven't hit anything causing anything to be hanging down. It is very irresponsible and unprofessional for a business to cause damage to my vehicle and then not claim responsibility. read more

The woman behind the counter was quite pleasant, and the service is generally quite nice as a whole, but I, for one, find their lack of organization disheartening. The cash register was out of pennies, and the woman working the till had no records but to round down when giving change, lest she chime up short at the end of her shift. The rest of the pennies were ostensibly stowed safely in the time-lock safe, which is only a minute oversight, but far from the only one. Fountain drinks are eighty-none cents for a small. I thought it wise to mention that here, because that information is curiously absent from the store itself. In fact, all the prices are missing from the soda fountain. And the cold sandwiches. And the burritos. And the string cheese. In fact, the hot dog roller was the only thing in the wee deli area that said anything useful. There were many places where it looked like price tags had been affixed and later removed, which was only more disconcerting. I can see the wisdom in removing or amending indirect information, but not in wholly dissociating their displays from posted valuation. I thought of buying a sandwich or burrito, but decided not to because I shouldn't have to price check things just to know whether I should have cash or my card ready at the checkout counter WHERE THEY WOULD CHECK THE PRICE. Worst gas station! Every time I try to get gas at this place something is wrong with the card readers or their electronics freezing up at the gas tank! Causing me to have to go in almost every single time, which is not easy when you're traveling with a small child!
