On May 6, 2026, at approximately 5:15 PM, I stopped for gas at the Flamingo and Arville location. I had a very negative experience with two employees at this store. Both employees refused to provide their names when I asked. One lady, shown in the photo, told me to go to another location and yelled at me "DON'T come back again." She acted like I'm homeless. Another employee was EATING chips while customers were waiting to pay. I also remember a previous visit when I approached her at the register, she looked at me and spoke in a rude manner. As a cashier, I believe customers should at least be greeted politely with "hello" or "welcome" instead of being treated disrespectfully. I felt uncomfortable and disrespected by the behavior of both employees. read more

Been to this gas station a few times when driving in that area or hitting the freeway to go to California and I gotta say the experience is so so. The gas pumps are sometimes fast and other times they are very slow. The area to get out is a mess because of how it's structured had a few instances where I almost got into a accident while getting gas and getting out. One of the female cashiers would not allow me to use my card by inserting the chip --- I just had the same issue at Sonic and the credit card company instructed me only to insert the chip...come to find out she has not only made it so my card was declined she has cancelled both transactions according to the credit card company,. She then refused to let me purchase anything at all because ,"she didn't have time for all of that." She was hostile, had poor social skills and spoke to me in anyway but professionally. It was completely uncalled for and if the phones number wasnt constantly busy then maybe I could talk to management about it but they need to train some employees on how to have manners because I will never go their again. read more

I understand now why the rating on this place is so low. As another fellow Yelper mentioned, everything all other Yelpers are saying is accurate. I didn't deal with the cashier, but their pumps are extra EXTRA slow. And the whole place seems so displaced with the whole angle design which made it more cramped than it truly is. The car wash right next to it doesn't help. And the cherry on top? Tons of drivers on Flamingo too impatient to wait for the light to turn green to make a right on Arville. They cut through the gas station instead. (It's the whole angle design that's tempting them to do this. Might as well create a path especially for them!) And yeah, trying to get outta here was almost like going through a gauntlet. My tank was nearing E, and this was the closest gas station to me so I really had no choice. On 11/04/23 at 3:00 AM we just left the palm to get gas to return the rental we had to the airport. The concierge told us there was a chevron gas station down the street. So we got there and while my friend stayed in the car to pump the gas I went in. As I walked in I asked the Caucasian lady if she could put $20.00 on pump #8 as she took the money she looked at me and said "what do I get?" . I was kind of confused so I asked her to repeat herself. Again she said "what do I get" . The it dawned on me, she wanted a tip! I looked at her and said "Aloha" and walked to the back to grab two bottles of water for $1.49. So I put it on the counter and gave her $5 bucks then she tells me "ok your good" as I wait for change she just stood there! I'm confused again. I ask for the receipt and the she gives me the gas receipt. I then ask her for the water receipt? She prints out the gas receipt again. I asked for the water receipt and she said "your good" . I'm pissed already "don't play with me" as we have a flight to catch as I pointed to her. All of a sudden she get very hyper and start screaming at me an walks around the counter toward me like she wants to fight. By then two of her coworkers who witnessed the whole shenanigans finally block her from getting to me. I'm so upset now thinking what has just happened for her to try and attack me. Anyway my friend called me back to the car and being we have a flight to catch I just left my change and we left the gas station it a pretty bad place don't go there not a nice place to go. I live in a tipping state Hawaii but it's not required to tip or if you try to steal someone's money so you can get a tip you'd be fired real fast, as for the coworkers they should have stop it before it escalated. They close the gas pumps and take 20 minutes to count a simple 200$ drawer . Idk how corporate allows for them to have all registers closed

This place is the worst gas station I have every been to . I just landed in Vegas and need to grab something quick. I went inside and these people were utterly disgusting and rude . This two workers need to be fired . The man was giving away free cigarettes with these very rude customers as they called him "their uncle" . The lady messed up our entire transaction which lead to us missing our Uber to the resort and we left with nothing . The customer service in this place is terrible !!!!!!!!! Every time I come to the Chevron it is littered with people that unfortunately are homeless... But what really got me tonight was both of the entrance doors are locked so I cannot pay cash and the woman that is supposed to be manning the inside is out making a drug deal with a car specifically right to the right of the entrance read more

If there was an option to give no stars I would. Worst gas station/Chevron I have ever been to. More than 5 gas pumps were out of order, all gas pumps makes you pay inside, and when you do pay inside it takes more than 5 minutes for your pump to even pump out gas! Everything inside was a mess, the soda and icee were all out of order, the restrooms need major attention and all of the staff knows this but does nothing to attend to it. Had to stop by for gas and this was on the way. Be careful, do not use your credit card. Pay cash if possible. Pumps seem to be really slow, so have enough time to wait. This location seems to always be busy since it's closer to the strip, which also means it's even more expensive. read more

BEWARE!!! Possible card skimmer at the pumps. Got gas here on Saturday 12/2 on the way out of Vegas to go home. Husband used credit card at the pump. He got a call today regarding fraudulent charges today, 12/4, on his credit card. He only used his credit card here during our whole stay. read more

Can't use credit card at the pump and there was long line inside. Spent 30 minutes there and wasn't able to gas my car.

Pumps are SUPER SLOW and several are out of service. Avoid! A Corolla took 15 minutes to fill. There's a back up of cats waiting to fill up.
