The manager treats her employees like crap, and I was being forced to donate to what I already know is a scam because a family member already tried to use the breast cancer foundation & they didn't help. Further investigation shows executives making millions. Anyway employees are forced to push & lean on customers even making them opt out on their POS system. I've lost an aunt and 3 aunts to breast cancer & that foundation does nothing. So giving me a. hard time, forcing me to donate money to it and I know it's a scam. Then where you pay unlimited for car washes but the car washes are closed and only open on certain hours what's the point this is a 24 hour Town some people work odd hours hello. Then forcing your employees to make people donate money to where you don't even know where it goes you have no validation or receipt. Then to top it off, you buy this unlimited car wash thing. None of the car washes are open at 5 AM. I know Covid really screwed up vegas and nothing's open in the middle of the night but terribles you're doing a really good terrible job. it's sad I knew the family and how great their gas stations were. I still love them, but you need to get better management in there because the employees are disgruntled Lhone manager I could give kudos to is the new manager on Sunset in Durango and how he turned that store around, I pay attention and go to the stores every morning. I just paid for gas & a $8 car wash. The car was was open as I pumped the gas. It charged me the money then the car wash closed. I went inside with the receipt to get the $8 dollar refund that the the attendant said I could get. They would not refund me the money & said I had to come back at 6 am the following day. Card reader never works on the pumps. It always says transaction canceled or see cashier. Doesn't matter if it's a Visa, Mastercard, AMEX. All of them don't work on their card readers either with chip or inserting. You guys need to fix this issue cause you're losing business. read more

Pay stations at the pump are equipped with latest technology and integrated like most with Vons and Pit Stop Rewards memberships. Nice and clean. Liked this gas station until I got a car wash on my new car and it gave my front rim a serious rash burn. Not cool!!!! The car wash attendant was not paying attention when he was guiding me in, looked away to talk to his co-worker and my car jumped as it wasn't lined up with the guide rails. I didn't think anything at the moment, but was pissed he wasn't paying attention. Went home, took a towel to finish drying it off and noticed the rim burn on the front drivers side rim. I instantly called the owner, left a message to let them know what happened and that I would expect it to be fixed. Called three times. Finally received a call from "Brandon" from the car wash. Specifically denied my rim being damaged. I wish that were true. My car is brand new. So got the run around and then he gave me the wrong number to call the Operations Manager. Called him back and left him a voicemail advising he gave me the wrong number. Finally called him from a different number to get ahold of him. He finally answered and provided me with a phone number. Hopefully, it is a good one. I got a quote and it is $130 to fix a 3-4" rash burn on my rim. The attendant was negligent and because he wasn't doing his job and paying attention, my rim was damaged. So got a call from the Operations Manager Tracy. Would not give her last name and said that since I drove off the property and noticed when I got home, 1.4 miles away, they are not liable for the rim damage on my brand NEW CAR. She is unethical and slimy. Terrible business model, lacks integrity, morals and ethics. All I can say is KARMA. I hope everyone boycotts the cash wash, knowing that your rims might get damaged due to their staff negligence and they will do nothing. Slimy people. Please not give them your business. read more

Just showed up desperately low on gas on my way to work. Sign says 3.33! Outrageously high to begin with. Get to the pump and the thing says 3.39. What a rip off. Rant warning: I have come to this Chevron for years. Terribles took over and one month later the staff looks depressed they used to be happy and smiling and my car is cleaned well but you can feel the difference and almost all of the vacuums are pulled down and broken leaving no suction for the rest of them. First they shut down the car wash for the changeover and now they are letting it go to h@!! Sad. Terribles used to have a great reputation in town but this is quite underwhelming. Quit buying up all the gas stations if you aren't going to take care of them. End of rant. read more

I've always had a pleasant experience with the employees at the cashier and car wash. Of course, the car wash is operated by kids (likely making minimum wage), so make sure you take into consideration that you need to be cautious and aware when entering the wash. The unlimited wash program is nice considering you received an additional fuel discount, so if you purchase a lot of gas then it wouldn't make sense not to sign up. The cashiers are just your everyday Terrible's employees who are just trying to keep the line moving and the store orderly. It's a nice clean store and it should be since it is fairly new. The product selection could use a reality check and enhancement! read more

Nice new place but the customer service here is horrible. You would think they would hire someone who is happy to work here but this is now a couple of times that I've gone inside and the cashier girl is giving me dirty looks. Just so you know, they do not sell Arizona iced tea products here. Occasionally they have a credit card seller that will approach you at the pump which I personally think is annoying. The air and water pumps need a token that the cashier will give you if you ask. I really don't understand why they even have tokens because one of the other cashiers (not the one that gives me dirty looks), gave me a handful and told me 'not to worry about that other cashier, she's tripping'. I honestly wasn't even really paying too much attention but when mentioned this, now I see her every time giving me dirty looks. I have not yet used the car wash. When they first opened, they were still stocking the shelves and one of the items I like was missing. It was STP gas treatment. There was a place for it but the actual product wasn't there. I asked the girl stocking the shelves if she had it but her response was, "if it's not on the shelf then we don't have it..." Strange, because they were literally just opening and still stocking the shelves. It seemed more logical that they were...still stocking the shelves. Anyways, she told me they would get some of it asap. 1 month later and now even the place for it is gone. Oh well. They probably have clean tanks but the employees are not the best here. read more

Went to their newly fully automated car wash with my Ford Explorer. Paid my $20 as usual and when I got home the entire rear of my car was still dirty. I ended up having to clean the entire back and rear panels myself. Was better when you had people manning the Carwash. IMO not worth the money or time if you end up having to finish the wash the vehicle yourself. read more

We've been coming to this car wash here for some time now and never had an issue til Wednesday 7/14/21. Going in the drive they were rushing cars to get in right behind each other with very little room in between. We noticed the water pressure was super strong than normal as the machine was making a very loud noise than what we're used to. We get the car wiped down and after grocery shopping we noticed the drivers window has scratches on it which the blonde haired manager claims is on the inside which is all she could say repeatedly. We never had scratches prior. The young adults we tipped did not say thank you and even left areas of the car unwiped (as seen in photos) They do not care about your car or your tips. So unfortunate as we never had this issue all the months we've paid for their membership. read more

This is specifically about their Pit Stop car wash. I belonged to their loyalty program they had with cards. I went enough to earn a free wash before they got rid of the program. I was to told by one of their employees that they were phasing out the cards but I had earned a free one & it would be no problem to come by have the wash. He also wrote me a note along with his signature to present with my card the next time I came by. The next time I came by to get my free wash I was told it wasn't valid even with the note. I asked to speak to the manager. She confirmed that the note was from one of their past employees but wouldn't allow the free wash as well. She said I could 'take it up with corporate'. In the whole scheme of things is a $10 car wash really worth writing a bad review? When you're treated rudely by everyone you come into contact with like I was then yeah I think so. From a customer service perspective, their approach doesn't make much sense. Honor the free car wash & keep a loyal customer or do what they did, receive a bad review, & lose business. It's not like there isn't 50 car washes all in that same area. read more

I can always count on Pit Stop to keep my car looking brand new! They offer superior service and their vacuum station is very convenient. I would highly recommend them for anyone looking fora high quality wash at a reasonable price. Chevron's gas station are well kept, however their contactless card reader was unfortunately not working at one of the pumps. read more

Horrible car wash! Don't trust them with your vehicle. When they make mistakes they pass the buck from one manager to another until you reach the corporate office. The manager at corporate wouldn't even budge for a simple hand wax to fix my issue. She said it was my responsibility to wax my car every three months so that the chemicals they spray on my vehicle to remove grease don't leave stains on the paint. I have been using Charleston West Car Wash for years. They do an excellent job and always take care of their customers. If you get a chance to visit there ask for Steve. He's an excellent manager that runs the drive. I decided to use Pit Stop car wash a few times because it was close to home and didn't really want anyone in the car during Covid. Don't do it. Cost $2.00 more than other location on Rainbow and Post. Plus doesn't give you a drying towel and air freshener like other location. Places where you can dry and vacuum your vehicle is terrible. The canopy doesn't help while you dry your vehicle. You have to dry and vacuum you vehicle while the sun shine directly at you. I would never go there during summer heat. read more
