On August 30, 2025, my husband had an encounter at this location that caused serious hardship for our family. He was accused of taking something he hadn't taken, and although the charges were later dropped, the situation escalated and created lasting emotional and financial consequences for us. This experience showed me how important it is for businesses to handle situations with accuracy and fairness, because even a misunderstanding can have devastating effects on a customer's life. Others have gone in and met this woman to only hear bad language and harassing customers. Overall a very bad attitude. Next time you want to ruin someone's life please pause and think about the hatred. While he waited for his I-130 to be approved for years thanks to this woman he not only went to jail, but is stuck in ICE detention possibly for months. I hope she can sleep at night while our family can't and her lie cost me over 10,000.00 and I have a child with disabilities I needed the money for, but now for my husband. On 09/14/2025 at 1:34 a.m., I went to your restaurant located, which is advertised as a 24-hour location. The employee on duty closed the automatic door right in front of us, even though it was clear that we were arriving to make a purchase. She started cleaning and decided to block customer access, which I consider highly disrespectful and unacceptable for a restaurant that is supposed to operate 24 hours. Later, the same employee reappeared, treated us with disrespect, and left us waiting for about 20 minutes without any response. This not only goes against the hours of operation that you publicly advertise, but also puts customers in a vulnerable and unsafe situation outside at that time of night. I respectfully request that chevron take proper action regarding this situation. Purchased beef empanadas and omg it was beyond disgusting. It was slimy as if someone spit in it or put bodily fluids in it. I have never been so disgusted with food in my life. I returned to the store to return it and the woman was giving me a hard time and thankfully a male worker resolved the issue and insisted that the female attendant refunded me my $9.10 and instead she gave me $7.50 because I was charged for ice. I will never purchase food from this place again. I appreciate the male worker but the female worker not only did not speak English but she was rude when I was addressing a serious concern and issue. I just don't understand how from the ride there to the ride back to my hotel they are on able to answer their phone. Either they kept my ID card or they sold their shit to a minor which means they are legally obligated to a fucking fine. Chevron - Either under age drug sales or a ignoring my phone calls - Gas Stations Near Me - Miami Beach, Florida

I frequent this Chevron due to its convenient location. The one major issue I do have with this location is that it is small and there is always a lot more action going on here than just purchasing some fuel and getting on your merry way. If you are just looking to fuel up, I would go somewhere else unless you have time on your hands and/or you want to get in on the many other activities going over here because this "Food Mart" is way more than your standard food mart, it's a place of business. Due to this location being a what looks like a central business district and meeting spot for locals and the homies (homeless), you will never fall short of people watching and waiting to get your gas on, so I hope you are paying with a credit card and don't have to actually go inside. I also hope that you get a pump that has a working credit card machine and that you do not have to go inside either because this seems to happen here more than usual...If you go inside to use a debit card because you want cash back, not possible, they will not give you cash back here. It's not because their machine is broken, they just won't do it. Don't think you are going to be able to use the good old "buy a pack of gum trick" to get $20.00 back and avoid the ATM fees, SOL my friend. You will also become certified in "master car maneuvering" if you continue to frequent this location because there are no parking spots for the people that frequent this local hub from everything to a corradito, to breakfast, to even renting a U-haul (I have actually rented a U-haul from the inside of this Chevron) and they will just randomly park their car somewhere to "run in" and do their business whether they block you in or not. I ordered steak sandwiches to go it was as thing as paper and as hard as rocks they had no potato sticks no tomato no lettuce land hardly no onion. As if it was a favor the attendant ask of we wanted cheese it was a sprinkle of shredded cheese could hardly see ask if we wanted mayo. Never happened. After all that my husband was charged $27 for a small "supposedly " steak sandwich that we had to throw away. Just for the record I'm not a tourist from other country that doesn't know the locals I'm born in Cuba even that I've been in this country 50 years I still know what a cuban Steak sandwich should look like. Regardless if pump two doesn't work, you have to continue thinking of the bright side: it's basically the last gas station on this street until Midtown so be glad. Yeah the line is long plenty of times, but so!?! That just means these people have solid business. It's always about 25-39 cents more than it costs at other gas stations but when your gas light has been on for a while... The stop is worth it. My favorite cashier is the black lady- she's always so cool. Plus, people always know who she is. You don't want to end up at the shell across the street, you'll end up witnessing small inventory, longer lines and further more accessible pumps.!now if only we could drop the gas prices... read more

Yesterday I charge fuel in the station and I was surprise to see all the good changes : it's cleaner, with security guard and more lightning. Really it seem a new gas station! Glad for the neighborhood. read more

Since its at the beach, gas prices are always more then anywhere else. Store is well stocked and a good variety.
