It was extremely dark, my cell phone had died due to severe picture-taking at aforementioned family gathering, and there aren't any gas stations for miles down this damn road. As soon as I saw the Chevron sign, I pulled up in a panic. They had JUST closed, and the attendants had just locked up. Luckily, Hayley took pity on me, and turned on the air pump. Then, after watching me fail miserably at trying to pump air into my own tires, she took on filling up all four of my tires (turned out that ALL of them were dangerously low) while being incredibly friendly and understanding of my ignorance. If it wasn't for Hayley, I am not sure how far I would have gotten without blowing one or four tires. Hayley, you saved my bacon, and most likely the bacon of many other's. I hope a manager of some sort sees this review, because you truly went above and beyond your job duties. Thanks!

I pulled up to pump 9 and my friend and I went in to pay and ask where the restroom was. The employee told us that it was out of order. I protested, saying that I was buying gas. "Heard it before, bro. It's really out of order," he told me. I then told him, "Well, I still need a $30 fill-up on 9." Only then did he immediately pull a key out from under the desk. He ordered me: "Don't make a mess because I'm the one who has to clean it up." After lying twice to me, he scolded me like a child for a mess I didn't make. I wish I had asked for my money back and gone across the street to Chevron. I hope that it is not corporate policy to treat customers like this. I understand that providing restroom access can be a burden, but I would prefer to be told honestly that restrooms are for customers only (if this is even legal) than to be chided and lied to. I contacted Shell customer service that night, but today, three business days later, they have not sent me anything beyond the automatic reply.
