A co-worker and I were standing at the bus stop waiting for the bus. Two of the employees were cleaning using a dust blower. Instead of waiting for people to leave the area they kept coming and blew dust and debris all over us. I have been coming here for years bc it's convenient, fast, drive thru, my car always comes out looking nice, and it costs less than the typical car wash in the valley. Today I was very disappointed and doubt I will be back. I paid for my wash, had an attendant work on the dried bird poo I was trying to get rid of, and went through. It simply did not wash it all off, and wouldn't even come off with wipes after. I didn't expect it to be 100% perfect, but it was just really a sub-par wash. I went in and asked if I could get a coupon towards my next wash or a free wash as I've been coming here for a long time. The manager looked at my car and said no, and that I need to make sure the stains aren't dry when I come in. The whole point of going to a car wash is to not have to do that! It's a service! ??? So rather than give me an inch, I guess they'd rather lose a committed customer. Your loss, assholes. read more

Ripoff ,I bought a car wash at a fill up since it's near my job. And couldn't use at that time since a had a pieces of wood in bed with debris. They have this thing the bed has to be spotless no problem. I opted to use it the following week only the problem was when I went to use it the code on my receipt had been used. They told me I used it that same day at 7:45 exactly which was impossible since I live 14 miles away and still had stuff in the bed at that time. They refused to issue a credit or cash back. In speaking with the owners representative I found out the only way they can get my code was with my transaction copy that the employees have at the register I made it a habit to pay inside to avoid having my card skimmed. If the employees and management refuse to consider they have a problem they have honor among thieves! read more

I personally really like this gas station. Maybe because it's super close to my house and that they have everything at the mini mart, including a Mexican grill. Can't go wrong with that. My everyday morning stop before school in the early AM for some energy drinks and breakfast. read more

I give 3 stars for EXCELLENT food at the Cilantro Mexican restaurant, located inside the gas station. Great food, good service, well priced. Other than that, 2 give 1 star for the rest - rest of the items at the gas station store are grossly overpriced and personnel is unfriendly. Price of gas is also always on the higher end. Patronizing that place for years, but the toilets are always either locked, out of service, or occupied. Never had the chance to use them. Duh. What is going on here ? LOL read more

Watch out for this place!!!!!! I went to this gas station on December 4,2013 at 535 am and went to get gas for my truck. When I got there And my girlfriend gave me her chase credit card and I put in the machine and punched in the zip code and then the pump worked. I pumped $40.01 in gas and then left to go to work. I get a call from her saying that they charged her $120.00 for the gas and we were like no way so I called the gas station and the guy says that's what they do there charge u more then what u put in and then credit u back the money. I was like that's not right and told the guy I have gone in there many times and that has not happen until now. He said the money will go back that was not used by tomorrow and I told him it better cause that is not right to do that to people. It's makes me wonder why chevron would do something like that to there customers and charge them more money. Or if it's private owned I can't believe that chevron would allow owners to do that to there customers you would think that chevron would be honest with there customers and on charge them for what they got not more and then give it back sounds like a scam in a way to me. I have used chevron a lot of times but now it looks like I won't be returning to this place or to us any type of chevron gas anymore. Went through the car wash here, have done it twice before and had decent results. However, this past time, the machine snapped off my back windshield wiper. When I called them about fixing it, they stated they weren't liable for it so they won't be fixing it and hung up. If you value your car -- do not take it to this place. DO NOT GO TO THIS STATION. I had an emergency flat tire. Had no water or air even though it is required by law. Clerk told me I could not change my tire there even though I was completely out of the way. wow.... where else would I change it? Threatened me to call the police. Rudest customer service I have ever seen. Will be contacting corporate and have reported them. Do not! I repeat DO NOT go to the car wash here. I just went here today and there is a huge crack down the middle of my windshield. I pulled out and went right back to tell them that this had happened and i was dumbfounded how I was immediately told that there machine did not do this. Especially because its crystal clear that my car windshield was not damaged in any way prior to driving through. They were willing to take no responsibility and give any intelligent answers. only lie directly to my face and try to deflect the blame off of themselves and onto the could be. To top it off they would not even refund me my $7 for the wash and the guy told me well you got your car washed right? As i sit there with a big crack right down the middle of my window. my mind is blown. Im so infuriated and don't think that the owner of this establishment could possibly be reasonable based on how i was treated by all of the employees there coming up to me with nothing of help. I pay a monthly unlimited wash plane. I went in for a wash today and at the end of the wash I noticed my vehicle was still very dirty. I tried going thru again and they wouldn't let me because I had already gone thru once. When I explained my situation to a worker he asked me to show him, only for him to start rubbing the dirt on my vehicle with his hands.I went inside to talk to the manager and had to argue with them to finally let me thru again. Once I was inside the wash they turned the soaps off. I am canceling my plan with them and never going back. Customer service here is horrible. read more

Got my 2010 Mazda 3 washed in their new carwash last saturday and half way through the wash the curtain like gizmo that wipes down the top of the car tore off my rear wiper blade (Leaving only half the arm). (I was like WHAT THE HELL!!!!) I immediately brought it to the attention of the attendent and he told me i would have to wait until tomorrow night because they do not clean out the area below the wash every day (There is a long grate that covers the mechanical area below.) Come back monday and I was directed to the owner "Alfred" (Yeah right like i believe that is your real name!). Talk about a low life. This short troll of a man refuses to look me in the eye (what a worm!) and even after admitting that he has 3-5 complaints with this wash a day he told me to read the sign out front and that he wasn't responsible. (Told me there was probably a screw loose.)...I bite my tounge hold back the expletives and storm out absolutely enraged! And really have to say what a short sighted business man-i am the kind of customer that drops $60 bucks in gas 2x a week and $15+ in food every work day. He had the opportunity right then to make it right and have a loyal customer for life. (Which would have paid for the part 100X over in the first year. This 'Alfred' clearly does not understand what it means to run a good business. And all of you i strongly recommend thinking twice before using this using this wash- it clearly has issues if it is jacking up 3-5 cars a day!
