My round trip to work is six miles but wanted to get a little gas to get me by till later so I pulled into this gas station to get two gallons of gas on my way to work. This gas station is two miles from my house. I pumped two gallons of gasoline and got on my way to work then got a warning that I had four miles till empty. Which means the pump didn't pump gas but the pump showed that it had not pumped two gallons of gasoline. So I call the gas station on my way to work because I had to get to work and the attendant answered so I explained the situation and she said that they had not had any complaints about that pump #2 and that there was nothing they can do about it. That she couldn't give me my money back nor fill my thank and I stated I didn't need my tank fill and that I just wanted the two gallons of gasoline I had paid for. This gas station isn't the best but it was almost an emergency situation. When we pulled into the lot, the first gas pump station we were going to park at was a no go because someone didn't put the gas pump back so it was on the floor. So we went to pump 7 and I didn't want to take the risk of a card skimmer so I paid with the cashier. You can pay outside so that's what I did. If you have the option to go to another gas station then I would recommend that but if you need gas asap then this place is an option since it's near CSUN as well.

The expiration policy appears to be a new implementation. In the past, my washes never expired, and there was no clear warning from staff about this change. You have to notice it yourself. They have no problem bolding the total or the codes, but the expiration date just blends in with all the other writing on the receipt for you to not notice. I lost two washes due to expiration, which I accept responsibility for. However, I do NOT accept losing a wash because the code didn't work BEFORE it expired. When I brought it to the attention of the employee, there was no effort made to help or make it right. Selling prepaid services that customers can't redeem is a SCAM. At the end of the day, it's the principle. I've recommended this touchless car wash to many people over the years, but never again. Lost a long-time customer.

So I went across the street and was denied and then came here, to the Mobil. I explained I had a senior in bed of a restroom. The cashier was so friendly and kind. He came out and unlocked the restroom for her. He held the door for us while I helped her out of the car. And smiled. He was patient with her slow steps. He saved the day!
