10/10!!!!! Stopped by this Sinclair gas station last night around 7:40PM and needed $30.00 worth of gas. Walked inside to pay, and the cashier by the name of Ira was the sweetest human being that I have met in a very long time. He was efficient, fast, helpful, kind and very HUMBLE! Hard to find people like him these days. Honestly, one of the best gas stations that I have been to and done a review on. We even had some small talk about different things. The tiny mini mart was very well maintained, clean, inside and outside of the gas station. Fully stocked. Had few snacks, beverages and a full load of drinks that had just come in. He apologized for the mess, when it wasn't even messy. I also needed to clean my windows and there was plenty of soap and water inside both buckets. Trash was empty, and the gas prices are a bit on the lower end. The pump I used was #9. All the pumps were working fine, and there were probably 10 pumps all together in the gas station. Usually around that time, trash and the station along with the mini mart is not clean. Well, this one was... Oh, they even have a bathroom that they allow everyone to use, unlike other places/gas stations... Next time I am in the area, this will definitely be my go-to gas station. I went in here today (July 3 around 9pm) to get gas and this Latina lady was at the cashier. I held up my items for her to scan because I prefer it to be contactless, and she looked at me like this was absurd and proceeded to tell me that her hands were clean. I did not want to offend her so I told her that it was not her hands but the money (most cashiers do not sanitize every time they deal with money). Then I handed her a 20 dollar bill, and she snickered at me, as if she had caught me in action or something. Little does she know I sanitize after handling cash; it's just something I do as a matter of hygiene. So, needless to say this woman is very unprofessional and disrespectful. Rather than being of service to her customers, she is making fun of them, not even knowing their situation. So please owner, if you are reading this, do something about your customer service. Grrrrrreat gas station that offers 100 octane gas (aka racing fuel) at only $9.99 a gallon. All others in LA (of which there are very few) offer 100 octane at $16-$19 a gallon. Always stocked with windshield glass cleaner and good squeegees. Premium 91 octane is usually at least 50 cents a gallon cheaper than typical market prices as well. read more

My daughter went there and was cleaning her windows before pumping! The guy at the register came out and yelled at her because she dropped some leaves on the ground while washing her windows !because she felt uncomfortable after being yelled at she decided to leave!! The guy came out and flipped her off for leaving!!! Unfortunately I and my daughters and my parents have used this station for years !!! So now we will never go there anymore!!! I have known the owner of this place for probably 35 years.. his employee made him loose thousands of dollars of business we were doing here !!! read more

I always like the dino at the Sinclair stations, they have more personality and they are usually a tad cheaper, which counts a lot! Not too bad to get in and out of this one, pretty clean, prices were decent. Good location on Hollywood way in Burbank! read more

Indian guy behind the register needs to go. Yelling and giving attitude because I want to by multiple lotto tickets. Says im holding up the line. Get your self another job if you don't want to sell lotto tickets. But attitude needs to go. Will file a complaint with Lottery against this store for refusing to sell multiple tickets. read more

Spent $80 on gas and the attendant came out to yell at me because I threw 2 cups, some napkins, and a wrapper in their trash cans while I was pumping gas. If you don't want people to use your trash cans, just remove them. He went out of his way to come over and yell at me after I finished pumping a full tank... read more

The store is tiny. A rack of chips and a cooler or two. But the attendant was friendly and they had gas when I needed it. read more

I have been coming to this gas station for years and one of the Indian owner or manager just gave me a big attitude after I asked politely to turn on the air . I just put gas on our vehicle for a full tank and I always buy water and snack whenever I stop here. I was totally surprised when he told me in a very condescending manner when he insulted me when I said , "hey buddy , can you please turn on the air "...."don't call me buddy , there nobody's here by that name "!!! I apologized and said , "I don't mean to insult you, I came here in peace and smiled" thinking he might just misunderstood me. I came back and apologized again and showed her a google translation of buddy in English which meant friend. He just turned agitated and tried to give me a fake smile because there's some other people hearing our conversation now. I felt something racial on the tone and insulting way he handled our conversation so I just walked away and reminded this is the reason why we have this racial tension in the way he handled the situation. I am an Asian- American and sometimes this kind of people in India thinks they're better than other people or races. I can't judge him by the way he handles his success but this country has given us all of the opportunity to better ourselves. This person has to be reminded that success can't be a passport to humiliate other races that different from him. I felt bad because we have been coming here since they acquired this gas station . But I need to expose this kind of condescending attitude especially for a loyal customer who has been patronizing their gas station for a long time . They just lost a loyal customer. Hope you learn and be more tolerant of people of different race . We don't own this country . We all came from different backgrounds and cultures. It's just a matter of seniority and our parents and ancestors were just like you an immigrant of this country. Learn "buddy"!!! read more

of course it's inexpensive. Go to gas station not sure how the service station is but when I went to squeegee my windows, the water splashed and it smelt like sewage. I smelt the squeegee and I swear it had feces on it. It smelled so bad. So if you're going there to buy gas great if you're trying to wash your windows, don't do it your car will smell afterwards . read more

Spent 20 bucks to get my tire patched. He used a plug not a patch and did a bad job. The next day my tire was low again and took it to a different tire shop and he checked it and air was still coming out from the plug they put. He pulled it right out and they patched it the right way. Dont even bother coming here bc apparently they cant even fix a flat tire. read more

After going to several other places that had to special order a lightbulb I came here to ask about prices to replace the lightbulb that went out in my car. They fixed it in less than five minutes and were extremely reasonable great customer service I would highly recommend, and I definitely will be back for all my car care needs. read more

I have been bringing my cars for service to this shop for over 10 years and they have been consistently great. They diagnose the problem and let me know what my options are for fixing it depending on how much I can pay. When my turn signal for right turns stopped self-cancelling, I mentioned it when I brought my car in for an oil change. They told me that they could fix it, but it would mean opening up the steering column and a lot of expensive labor and pointed out that it would be easier just to leave it be and save myself the money. Both of my vehicles are 2004s and they have helped me keep them running and reliable at reasonable prices. They understand the value of giving customers good advice and the loyalty that creates. read more
