I have complained several times that particularly the flavored tea is basically water. Also, they literally have at least eight urns, and they clean them all at once. I have spoken to several of the kids that work here and even the assistant manager today and they just shrug their shoulders and say it's easier for them that way. Clearly they don't understand that maybe you should do something that benefits the customer. How hard can it be to clean half of them and then the other half so that tea is available at any time.
