So if you're in need of throwing away your trash, it's on the drive thru door side. Lastly, the cashier taking orders wasn't giving customers their drinks. He was waiting until they received their food, but I politely asked if I could go ahead and get my drink cups since my kiddos had been looking forward to a sweet drink. I noticed quite a few upset customers who were standing around trying to get their drink cups while the cashier was at the drive thru window. Disappointing because I used to love zaxbys, but this location doesn't have the same staff as previous visits. Customer service kept me coming back and paying $10 for a Big Zak Snak, but I'm not so sure about it anymore. Raising Cane's will probably be my go-to since it is closer and has better customer service, even though I'd prefer Zaxbys sauces.

Add golden, crispy, oniony rings. Close it out with a 16 oz chocolate malt made with Blue Bell Ice Cream. Everything about this meal is a favorite. Breaded steak, on a lightly toasted bun, thick fresh slices of tomato, crisp lettuce, pickles,flag waving American cheese. Super good. Onion rings with thick cut yellow onions. Breaded with panko crumbs for that super crunch, bite after delicious bite. The closer, a chocolate malt thick, sweet, chilly chill. How much is this feast? a few cents over $12. Add a tip if you please. if not, put something in the jar they have raising money for missing kids, or do both. Okay so that malt is really filling as it is made with real ice cream, so I had to make a tough call. Cut the sammie in half, eat half the rings. Drink all of that malt. When my food was ready, a gentleman at the front counter personally brought it to me, which I appreciated. My entire meal was very good. However, I will say that the fries I had on my previous visit were even better. They reminded me of Popeyes' Cajun fries, but with a flavor I enjoyed more. The fries I received this time were still good, but those first fries were easily five-star worthy on their own.
