I've stopped at this Chevron several times over the years, usually for a last-minute fill-up or to use the restroom while traveling. The station has definitely improved compared to how it used to be. Adding a Starbucks and Pinkbox Doughnuts was a great idea, and it gives travelers a couple of good food and coffee options without having to make another stop. My biggest complaint is that it always seems like several gas pumps are out of service, which creates unnecessary congestion. The parking lot is also pretty tight, so it can be difficult to find a place to park, especially when it's busy. If you're traveling during a three-day holiday weekend, be prepared to wait because this place gets packed. Planning ahead and filling up before you get here is probably the better option. Another downside is that with the nearby mall and several casinos now closed, this area has lost a lot of the activity and convenience it once had. It's still a decent place to stop if you need gas, coffee, or a restroom break, but it's no longer the convenient travel stop it used to be. On my way into Las Vegas, I stopped by this Chevron to pump gas. It was very early in the AM when I arrived so not too many people around if at all. It is part of the Primm Visitors Center or Primm Center. Gas station was clean and bright. Paid at the pump. Cost was okay. After getting gas, I stuck around for a little bit to rest in my car. I was really tired. I probably spent 30 minutes to an hour sleeping before getting back on the road. Thank you Chevron! read more

Ugh!! After stopping here this Summer, I remembered doing the same last Summer fully intending not to do so ever again! Freeway signage states it is a Flying J, but only the diesel here is Flying J. All other fuel is Chevron and priced up to $2 more per gallon than it is a short drive into Vegas. So, if you absolutely need it, get a few gallons here. But you'll save a lot of money if you drive a little longer and wait until Vegas to fill up. read more

There is nothing more I hate, hate than a gas pump that doesn't have a working receipt dispenser. I hate going inside to get my receipt because there is always a long line! To me it shows how much this station cares or thinks about their customers, which at this place is less than zero. Do they think we don't have better things to do than wait in line for a receipt! Very nice place to gas up and get on highway back to Las Vegas! Boy am I happy to be back in Nevada. We have beautiful wide highways and no litter. Spent 24hrs in LA and I couldn't wait to see Primm NV! Very nice store and restrooms. Plenty of parking. I'm relieved to be back in my state of NV. How about Grateful for our highways!!! Why the hell is the gasoline so high here? I inadvertently left the Las Vegas strip without filling up thinking since I was still in Nevada the gas prices would still be cheaper than California. This place is gouging people on the road because they know they are the last station for miles before getting back to Cali. Is there any honest people out there? It is indeed huge just like the signs say. The women's bathrooms are very nice, clean, smells great in there, always stocked on soap, paper towels, etc and I love the sayings on the wall especially the one that says "every great journey begins with a trip to the bathroom." Lol They have a little bit of everything but what bugs me is the not having prices displayed. Today I was getting some of the premade salads, etc from the case and not a single item had a price tag on it or a sign advertising how much anything was . We asked someone working and her brilliant response was to go to the cashier. How do if I know if I want something if I don't know the price? I asked again how was anyone suppose to know the price of things and she could only say the cashier could tell me. Her response should have been, let me go find that our for you. I have worked retail all my life, you dont send someone to do their own price checks when you dont know them. Lines were very long to check our today and no way was I waiting in all of that just to get a price check. We will continue to stop for potty breaks but will not purchase anything just like today we didnt purchase anything and are headed to Baker to get something to eat. They do have a fenced in pet relief area with artificial grass but it is not covered, looks more like an afterthought, its out from the gas pumps on the interstate side. I have been to this Chevron a few times and what I like about this gas station is there's a little bit of everything inside. I'm from California, so when we're heading out of Vegas and make our pitstop here, you can grab all your souvenirs that you forgot to get when you were partying in Vegas. There's a Starbucks and Krispy Kreme inside which is definitely a plus if you need some caffeine or if you're in the mood for those delicious glaze donuts. They have a bunch of other food that is also in their warmers ready to go. I'm always a little squeamish using public toilets and I'm one of those weirdos who always packs Lysol wipes in a ziplock to wipe down the seats, but the restrooms were clean when I have used it here, so I didn't have to use extra wipes to wipe down the seats and the door handles. Last but not least, the workers here are extremely friendly. I have not encountered any rude people at this stop and any time you come in and there's a long line, the lines move really fast because there's always at least 2 people at the registers. read more

Echoing several other reviews, DO NOT buy gas here. Last Sunday, the price was $5.40/gal for regular, which is way over even California prices. Service was bad too. No receipt paper at the pump, then the person inside said she had to call someone else to get a receipt. After waiting for 10-15 minutes I gave up. Other than gas, this is not a bad place to stop. There are several places to eat and you can cool off inside the casino (which also has places to eat), but don't buy gas. read more

Wow talk about super sized! This place is huge! This is a brand new 50,000 square-foot Chevron gas station on Highway 15 between Las Vegas and Los Angeles. They say this is the largest Chevron in the world with 96 gas pumps. I have never seen anything like this is a colossal sized truck stop! Inside is 50,000 feet of food court, convenience store, souvenir shop, and everything else imaginable in a truck stop! I recommend this place just because of the shock experienced walking through the front door! It's like the Las Vegas of truck stops! We stopped by this place, and got some large iced coffees, water, and filled up on gas.
