I signed up for Ferrellgas. They came out and installed a 250 gallon tank but did not do the…read moreinstallation correctly. They did not put the gas line 24" below the surface even though the ditch was 26 inches deep, sections of the gas line are only 12" deep. Also they did not leave enough gas in the tank for the furnace system to be tested. But the worst thing is when I call up Ferrellgas to get help to remedy the situation, they lack all courtesy and are very very difficult to even talk with. The central office is near Los Angeles and the people there have no idea what is going on up here near Reno NV. Worst yet, they don't seem to even care. I have called 2 times to get enough gas so my furnace can be tested and yet no one calls me back to set up an appointment to resolve this issue. If this issue isn't resolved by them with in a week, I will have them remove my tank.

It has everything you would need. Groceries, some hardware goods, toiletries, over-the-counter medicine, items housewares, snacks, item for pets, gifts, a small clothes section, even phone, cables, and chargers. you name it. It's just a downhome general store. You can tell they get a lot of business. It's a very decent sized store. It's well kept, and well organized. The people that run the place were very very friendly. They just seemed like nice down Home people. I like this store a lot. You can tell this is a Community store, because out in the front there was a local billboard with all kinds of different ads on the front of it. It was a nice little store and it's obviously a big asset to the Community.

Staff: The folks here were all nice…read more Quality: This is a cute store with a lot of products. I was very surprised how much they carry. To my knowledge the only store near the area we stayed in, which kind of cool for them. Value: Prices are higher due to being the only game in town. It isn't terrible but you can tell. I don't care as they have literally everything and I like supporting small independent businesses. Overall: This store has a really small town feeling which is endearing. They even sell store merch which is pretty cool. If you're in the area I'd definitely recommend it.
