Then he answered "IT IS YOUR PROBLEM AND I CANNOT ACCEPT RETURN". I started taking a video using my phone and the owner came out and told him to do the return. The owner said, "Don't say it tastes like cleaning chemical". They should be thankful that I went back to return it and told them the situation. He has the audacity to tell me not to say it tastes like cleaning chemical! Watch the attached video. Some people might not understand why I said in the video "This is America if the customer wants to return an item you should not refuse". I am also an Asian and I was not trying to be racist, I just can't help myself to express that way because of my frustration. Because before the video they guy gave me hard time and even told me that it was my problem if the slurpy taste like cleaning chemical! Good thing we did not get sick because if we were that would be a different story.

You drive up to the car wash and a worker will greet you and enter the code. I really like that they scrub your car down before you enter the car wash. Usually a pass through the car wash doesn't get the tuff stains out. So I really appreciated this service. Pumps need serviced and repaired…read more When pumping gas yesterday- I was saddened to see that the screen showing how much was being pumped and cost wasn't working. Only way I knew it was pumping was the feel of the pump. Then as I was testing to make sure fuel was going in, the pump came out and dribbled gas on my clothes. I was able to finish my pumping and the receipt showed what I expected but even when hanging up the pump when done- the pump continued to leak gas on the pavement and my car. Had to leave windows open in the rain as I drove home so I wouldn't pass out from the fumes on my clothes.

I get the corn dog anyways for you guys because you have to know where to find the best corn dog at your convenience or if the corn dog is worth going out of where for. So what i learned, never judge a corndog by its skin. This thing was delicious. I don't know if it were the few beers i had prior or it was near perfect. It had perfect crisp on the outside and soft cornbread on the side(not gooey soft like you will read in my next review) but fresh baked corn bread soft. I've had my oil changed at this place a few times since I live nearby. The experience is always a…read morebit unpleasant. They are unwilling to make any sort of appointment scheduling or give any time estimates for service. When I've asked for a time window, they've become hostile. They want you to leave the car with them all day for an oil change, and even then they won't guarantee it'll be done that day. It always has been in my experience, but they make it sound like they'll get to you when they're good and ready, and that's all you need to know. It's clear they could just create a scheduling system for routine service like an oil change, give you an appointment time, and turn it around quickly like pretty much every other place I've ever received an oil change, including other Shell stations. But I guess they don't want to bother, and they pass the inconvenience along to you. Also, when I've asked for additional services like replacing the fluids and checking the air pressure, offering to pay for them of course, they haven't been done. And despite requesting these when I drop off the car, they always act surprised when I ask about them at pick-up. Maybe I'd need to leave the car there another day to get the wiper fluid changed?
