My work recently partnered with Orlando's to cater our lunches, and I was shocked to see how responsive they were. We placed our orders over the phone and quickly received confirmation and instructions for payment. The owner was super friendly and had everything prepared quickly. The orders were packaged nicely with name labels for each. They were very pleasant to work with. The sandwiches themselves are very good. The bread was super soft and fluffy. They were amply filled with the meat and cheese. The lettuce was very fresh and crunchy. The southwest pesto was great too! It was similar to a garlicky aioli and I really enjoyed it. They also offer a variety of sides and salads. Of course, they have all the typical convenience store fixings. I will definitely be a repeat customer!

When it rang again I spoke to another person while helping me she's speaking to another person in store. And she stated she will cancel the order and hung up thinking she is cancelling the order. Saying she couldn't do it she'll tell her manager. I mean why can't you do it while I'm on the phone again hangs up. What is happening with customer service these days? Is it not being taught. Are people just not courteous or nice anymore.
