I would give 0 stars if possible. For a Pharmacy Manager Karin T is extremely incompetent. She was immediately hostile on the phone with me when asking a simple inquiry. She asks questions without listening to the answers and seems combative. This is wildly unprofessional behavior and I wound expect more from someone who has 39 years of experience at Walgreens. Not even 1 star is deserved, I used the call button to get assistance when the employee approached us she asked what we needed and we told her she then pointed out we could have hit the call button at the specific area we needed. We missed it, we apologized and she proceeded to mock us stating "Well you can't miss it". Made a face like we're idiots and we responded well we did and she said "Wow!" Can I give zero stars?!?! If at all possible. I would like to retract the one start I gave them. So I went into the pharmacy today to get a copy of my sons COVID immunization record. Well... not the woman behind the computer but the white coat gave me a hard time and refused to give it to me , stating I needed to go to "the other walgreens" where I had gotten it. The other Walgreens wasn't close by...(their computers are linked...) She could see the vaccination See the date and who did it, but could not provide me with anything. I made her aware that the store she was referencing was no where near by and I really needed this proof for my son's school. Additionally we were never given the original of the card , by some fluke they ran out of the card and didn't even provide me with a piece of paper. My plea went on deaf ears. People are so ridiculous. Sometimes we really need to do the right thing. What would you want done if you were in my situation? The pharmacy is so slow, they have no respect for the customers time. Today i arrive the tech told me so would be right with me. Then continue to hold a conversation with the pharmacist about going on a vacation and the pharmacist taking her with her when she went. She then started putting medication on the shelves before helping me. when she rang up my medicine i asked her to add on the cosmetics i had in my hand and she told me she could not, that I had to go up to the front register. i asked when that became a policy she told it was. I have been going to this pharmacy since i was 9 i'm 41. John you have to do better and take charge of ur staff. the have no respect for customer service . The parking lot is full of drug addicts and homeless and i only come here because my elderly mother has her prescriptions here. they might as well close this landmark of stockton down because it has gone beyond down hill. so sad read more

The worst experiences. From hold times of 45 minutes only to be hung up on when answered, to extremely rude service. Most recently took an rx to be filled on a Thursday. Don't come to this store if you plan on having a covid vaccine shot!!! I have two appointments to get the third covid booster shots at 7:45pm. I've arrived at the store 15 mins ealier, but then I found out there is a long line about 10 people in front of me and been waiting for long time. How can they let people book appointment online then have to wait on the line for long time. Moreover, they only takes a person every 30 mins, so even if you wait on the line, there is no change for you to get your shot because they close at 9pm. So don't think of taking covid shots at this place even if you book online appointment. read more

I normally don't like to kick something when they are already down. But it's time for me to review this place. Note: They have a Pharmacy Tip: They have Redbox Pro Tip: They have a spot to develop film. Major League tip: They have security NFL Tip: They staff is hella cool. Loc 2 da brain tip: There's a bunch of panhandling and shenanigans that be popping off in the parking lot. I'll say this the Pharmacy is crazy at times but the staff has been really good to me. What I do like it's 24 hours here thhe Pharmacy and the store that is. Pharmacy tip: Have them call you when your prescription is ready. It makes it a whole lot easier instead of waiting here. You can either call them first or stop in. That's what I do and tell them "Please call me". I only come for the Redbox and the Pharmacy and that's it. I really don't buy anything, well maybe a bag of chips here and there. I don't care for the setup in the parking lot at all. It's way too tight of a squeeze. I suggest you park on the side or way in the back. It's way too congested. What makes it harder, especially at night is all the street people always chilling. I can handle cool ones but not them fools who be rolling up on you like a stalking butler. I don't mind helping out when I can, but don't come at me sideways or all aggressive and hoped up on your good good asking for change. This parking lot is a straight hub "Where the wild things are". I am writing this review because I have to wait an additional 30 minutes to pick up my mother's medication. When I dropped off the prescription, the pharmacy tech said it would be ready in 1 hour. So, I ate a nearby fast food place to kill time. After an hour, I returned only to be told it was just getting printed and that I had to wait for half an hour. A bunch of angry sick customers complaining about the long two hour wait!! read more

0 stars. The pharmacy at this location is so incompetent. Every time I come in to pick up a prescription, the line is at the back of the store. It doesn't matter if it's 8am, 10am, 2pm, 7pm... I've tried different times and the staff is absolutely negligent to patient care and courtesy. They also will (without notice) close the pharmacy for no reason. I am shocked the Walgreens corporate office allows this location to operate under its name because it is absolute garbage. I was literally at Walgreens 20min ago and I bought a Loco Moca Monster and I will never buy it again from there and never purchase another monster again. How disrespectful is it to have crew out at 11 pm using commercial equipment making tons of noise keeping your neighbors up that have to be at work at 5 am. If im not mistaken it is illegal to make noise over 50 decibels after ten pm. I can hear these machines for three blocks. Be more considerate to the homes that you share a fence with. If i had this crew at my house making this racket at this time if night i would be fined by the city for violating the noise ordinance. I've only left like 2 reviews before in my life but i think i really needed to just to warn people to not to come to this Walgreens especially to pick up a prescription. I just moved to the area and this Walgreens is closest to my house so I figured to get my prescriptions sent here. I just tore my plantar fasciitis so as you can imagine I was in a lot of pain. I have Blue Anthem a well known insurance company and they told me they dont take that which is fine I contacted CVS and asked them to send it there which is where the problem aligned as CVS called them all day to get my prescription as I even seen them do yet this Walgreens would not contact them back after showing up back to Walgreens to force them to send my prescription I had to wait in a 3 hour line on only one leg I wasn't able to wait that ridiculous long and calling them just led to a rude guy picking up the phone saying that you are lying and CVS has not tried to contact them. The lady I talked to also was very rude. Currently settling for regular OTC pain medication dude to this messed up store. So thanks to these a**holes I'm likely to be in a lot of pain the next couple of days until i figure something out. read more

This Walgreens is located in an area of Stockton that will always surprise you. Sometimes it's quiet, and you'll come across friendly people. Other times, what you see is enough to make you seek Jesus. Parking is scarce, and if you find it, run out of your car and into the store quickly! You'll have to dodge a woman who positions herself near the front entrance, asking for money, and gets hostile if you have none to give. Are there any positives, you may be asking? The guards are friendly, the store has a wide selection of products, and there is always a few good sales. That may be good enough for many to find themselves there with some degree of regularity, myself excluded. I'm glad I no longer have to go there for my prescription high dose vitamins, because the pharmacist is a smug, rude, insufferable jerk, and your medication is never ready when they say it's ready. read more

Literally the worst Walgreens in town. We live close by and have to constantly deal with the tweakers hanging out in the parking lot and making a mess. Security there is a joke and they do nothing when people are hanging out outside. I've made the mistake of trying to pick up prescriptions there and the wait is always over 30 min, sometimes more than an hour! The manager is a jerk and I hope this store closes. I just dealt with this place! My father has spent 5 days in hospital due to heart blood pressure and problems, they sent the order through to this store even though I specifically told them Lathrop one as I have dealt with them in past and no problems but somehow someone screwed and I ended up here anyway we go to pick up prescriptions and they say hi e me an hour even though order was put through one night before and they say sorry you have to come back in an hour, the time was 6:30 so an hour was 7:30 and I said ok and he says but give me till 8:30 so no problems and I said ok although I was furious about their timing as I now had to go back a second time but o well but that's not the end of it cause I go back and I'm not a doctor nor a pharmacist but doctor did give a decent explanation of what prescriptions where and they give me the medications and say thanks that's it, got home and there's 2 missing the more important ones for his high blood pressure problems and so I call in and they say sorry we are closing at 9 you can come back at 12 as we open again at 12, really cause I haven't just spent all day there so now as both medications that are missing are extremely important for his condition I have to go back on a very rainy day and stay up later! Hopefully they go through the stress I'm being put through some day and they remember me (not that I'm wishing they get hurt, well maybe that something in the 10 lb range gets dropped on their toes so they can remember me and realize the stress they have caused my father and I as well as other customers they were turning away! I will never go back. Negative stars! Walked in at 8am to fill a prescription for my Mom. I was told to come back in an hour and a half. When I came back I had to wait in line for 20 minutes (I get that). Then the pharmacy tech tells me they can only fill one of two items (would have been nice to know that 1.5 hours before). I ask about the other half (the most important one), she says go to another pharmacy. I ask, can you call it over to another location? She says no. I ask if another location has it in stock? She says regulations keep her from telling me that information. I say, what regulation? She fumbles and another tech tells me the March Lane store will have it. I went to Target and they had me in and out in 20 minutes. Skip this location and use Target, RiteAid or anyone else. read more

Although you may have better luck if you call on the phone, they spend a lot more time helping people who call than the poor sick 20+ people waiting in line. Ok yes, the parking lot is full of what I call the Walking Dead but its a good place to stop by after work to get the shizz you need but don't want to make the trek to the truly horrendous Walmart. I work Downtown and so this Walgreens is very convenient. The Walking Dead aren't that much of an issue compared to the ghetto mamas drama queens at Walmart. I just changed pharmacy's to Walgreens and I'm thinking I have made a mistake, 3 scripts and the wait on all 3 is long even though 1 was called in hours prior 1 was carried in and I came back hours after and on my transfer from my old pharmacy made the day before and on all 3 and I had a wait. So you stand in a long line to drop a script off then stand in a long line to pick them up and get to the counter and they are not ready and will call your name when they are and 2 times I waited until people who had came in after me got called then I went and asked and oh ya they are ready . 1 I even got a text it was ready and I still had to wait . I also had to wait for 5 days to get my fathers medicine for skin cancer I mean it is only cancer they did not have it in stock but 5 days for a cancer drug. read more

Very unprofessional and inconsiderate to customers during this pandemic you would think they'd enforce masks in stores and refuse service to those who won't use mask. I was just there 1/1/2021 at 11:29pm when some dumb broad who wasn't wearing a mask cut me in line. When I mentioned this to an employee all she said was "oh sorry we get a lot of those" I was respectful to the employee but the idiot who cut me and wasn't wearing a mask walked her jolly ass out the store like nothing. You would think a PHARMACY would care a little more about their customers and enforce the use of masks. They have the "I don't get paid enough to care" attitude, I get it we are all tired but it's no justification not to enforce this. DO NOT USE THE PHARMACY. Okay usually I'm not this dramatic but honestly if you have a serious medication that you need on time and with little difficulty, this is not the store for you. My doctor sent in my prescription update two weeks before I needed it. Went in and they claimed they never got it. Doctor showed me the record of it being sent but she did go ahead and send it over again. Once again, Walgreens claimed to not have it and that I needed to call my doctor. Called my doctor again and this time she called them. She then told me that they told her that they have the prescription but that there was an insurance issue (passing the problem off again). So I go in and go straight to the counter (sorry to everyone I cut in front of!) and after talking to someone in the back I'm told it'll be ready in 30 minutes (without any mention of an insurance issue). Every time I went in it was at least a 20-30 minute line just to get to the counter. This whole process left me without a serious psych med for 2 days which had very serious adverse affects. read more

Something about this location kills the vibe dramatically. Not that I am easily shook or turned off, but frankly it's just.. something. The location sign reads "Walg" with the rest of the letters not currently working. I find myself averting my eyes from multiple fellow homo sapiens due to their saddened eyes and ever so humble attempts to ask for change or food. I have been caught in that give away experience once for months and, after many deep in pocket fumblings across cities it culminated into finding myself walking to an atm to give an individual who asked for it $20 dollars in a parking lot; needless to say I HAD to slow down. I feel like maybe I should just walk by this area with my eyes closed. Maybe it's the liquor store next door, or the McDonald's that I walked across the street from where someone walked up to me and said, "Hey folks do you have any spare change for me to get something to eat?" Not sure, but like I said, it's just something.. Once inside the store it was easier, just went straight to the pharmacy. Its fairly clean, but the security guard seemed to be addicted to following my every move. Twice now he's been this way. There's some neat things. Inside they have a Redbox, and an atm. I have ZERO coupons but was told i couldnt purchase what i was getting. A negative connotation and reference to couponers was made and when i pointed out that i had zero coupons and asked what they were talking about between themselves, they decided to refuse service to purchase what I wanted. I was told yesterday to come back today because they were out of stock. Came today as informed and denied my purchase. Offered to ring up my other items but not what i came for. Pushed my items back into the cart and told them they could enjoy putting ALL of it back and to have a nice day. Not a happy customer. Will not come back here after that run around and insulting disrespect. Also, just to make someone think---what is their problem with coupons anyway? It's in an immediate area that's not the best, but they keep the store neat and clean inside. It's always well-staffed and I have always been able to find someone to help me when I've needed assistance finding something. The employees are friendly, too. I've rarely been bothered by panhandlers, although there are sometimes somewhat shady looking people in the general area. The parking area is well-lit, and I've never really felt unsafe when I've been there at night. There's a mailbox next to the front door, so you can drop your mail off on your way in to pick up something. read more
