I've personally heard her talking about customers under her breath, and during a recent visit I witnessed her pull or hit a customer in what appeared to be a playful way. Whether she meant it as a joke or not, it was inappropriate and unprofessional. Daryl (I believe that's how his name is spelled) was also extremely rude during my visit. A customer tried using EBT at a register that apparently doesn't accept it, and instead of calmly explaining the situation, he responded loudly and aggressively enough that the customer looked embarrassed. Afterward, I heard him muttering under his breath and laughing, which came across as mocking the customer. This isn't an isolated issue. In my previous review, I mentioned Cody being rude, Natasha acting unprofessionally toward customers, and a former employee who made inappropriate comments about my body and clothing. At this point, there seems to be a pattern involving the same people. Most employees at this location are perfectly fine, but the behavior from Crystal, Daryl, Cody, and Natasha has created an environment that feels uncomfortable and unwelcoming. Management needs to address these issues because customers should not have to deal with disrespectful behavior from staff.

I've had multiple issues with pickup orders, including orders being incorrect and delays when trying to collect items that were already paid for. On one occasion, I found something in my drink that appeared unsanitary, which made me uncomfortable about purchasing drinks from this location again. The biggest issue has been customer service. There is one older employee I frequently deal with, and nearly every interaction becomes an argument. I used to pay for the 7-Eleven app subscription and regularly redeemed my drink benefits without any issues. Then I was suddenly told different rules applied and was denied benefits I had previously used. Even when I tried to follow the employee's instructions, I was still told I had to pay full price. More recently, when my boyfriend picks up orders for me, he often has to spend several minutes convincing staff that he is there for a legitimate order despite having the order information, name, and confirmation available. He has also been asked for codes that were never provided with the order. Everyone makes mistakes, but after experiencing the same issues repeatedly, I no longer feel welcome as a customer. The constant confusion, delays, and poor attitude have made me stop shopping at this location whenever possible.

Charlie is not a good manager to allow his cashier to call me out my name when the cashier literally admitted to taking the money from the card. First, the background: I was driving a new-to-me truck from Cathedral City to Mohave Valley, AZ. I…read moreknew nothing about its condition. I was about 15 miles away from them when I started getting warning lights that were serious enough that I needed to stop driving. Bailey's was there for me. Even though they were closing for the night, they took the truck in and promised to diagnose it the next day. It turns out the truck had numerous issues. Diane would call me everyone they either found something wrong, or when they were confident they could rule something out . They went through the entire truck. Giving me realistic opinions on what needed to be fixed right then, and what could wait until some other time. In all, they spent considerable time just diagnosing what was wrong. They gave me a very fair estimate for the work that needed to be done, and after I approved the work, the work they did was done right and done on time. When I picked the truck up, it was as if I had a new truck! It had no problem driving in 113 degree temps for the two hours home. I was so impressed with their work ethic and honesty, I drove our Ford van the 135 mile trip for them to repair the front end and air conditioning. These guys are the best!

Anyway...I had just had to go on disability from hurt my back badly at a job I had been working at for 13 years. Couldn't afford my car payment anymore so I got a old Isuzu truck and had a rebuilt put in. I was driving to Yucca one day and the u-joint or whatever it is just fell. I call and get towed back to Baileys Garage. Couple days later my trucks ready so I call to let them know I was coming to pick up my truck a Diane had answered the phone and has the fkn nerve to say to me...Well you have to pay for it before you can take it.....like I'm really expecting you to do it for free? Ummmm....first off I never asked you for any fkn hand out and ummmm yeah...when you take your car to get fix ...ummm you pay...like I was some kind of bum. So I get my truck back and I fill the gas tank and drive to Yucca. I keep smelling gas and it was strong. I had 2 friends with me. We're on our way back to 29 Palm and I look at the gas tank almost empty and still a horrible gas smell...right in front of the court house my truck caught fire.....yeah they forgot to reattach the feul line. We had to jump the hell out. So here they tow me home. Then David says let me take your truck to the garage to check it out....stupid me thinking they were going to correct there wrong and that was my only transportation at the time....a big fat....NOPE! What the weasels did was fux underneath what they should have so when my insurance was to come look at it they wouldn't find their fk up. Now these people stand in church but yet look down their noses at people. They leave church after church because of conflict. God sees you both and knows exactly what you've done and are doing to people. You didn't in anyway get over on me because God saw you. I dont usually comment on peoples looks but ummmm Diane....you look really rough. Your not aging well AT ALL! UGHHHH Maybe all your lying, nastiness and cheating people has caught up with you and it shows on that mug. ​
